TOP CLASS SERVICE
Where to start! Purchased my initial blocker for a MK8 golf I had but then sold the car prior to fitting it. Didn’t know about the 28 day return policy which I had overrun but Paul kindly offered a straight swap for another one for my A8. Part arrived and when tried in the car it wouldn’t work. Contacted Paul again and said if I returned it he would send another in case there was a fault. Anyway, long story short, the one I sent back went missing in transit and as I hadn’t used the correct service, the PO would only cover a fraction of this. Contacted Paul on the off chance and to my amazement he kindly offered to send a replacement free of charge, completely blew me away as he was under no obligation to do this. Part arrived and arranged to have it fitted while I was on holiday there and it’s working a treat right now as my car is under test 😊

Fairly easy to install and blocks the mileage on the Speedo as intended. However, it does not block the mileage across all the modules as the seller claimed. Seller has stopped responding to my messages.
I now have to pay £400 for mileage correction due to discrepancies. Would recommend paying more money for a higher quality blocker if you need mileage same on all modules.

Check engine light does stay on and will not reset. Also the gas mileage calculator will no longer calculate and show low gas even with full tank due to avg per gallon being less. However it does stop mileage.

Vastaus yritykseltä MileageBlocker.com - Carcode Ltd
Thank you for your honest review, Endre. We appreciate all customer feedback, as it helps us improve both our support.
I'm sorry to hear that you're not completely satisfied with the operation of the device. Having looked into this, I can't see that we've received any support enquiries from you regarding the speed display issue, so it may simply be a misunderstanding during the initial setup.
Mileage Blocker on Mercedes vehicle may require a simple calibration procedure after installation. This is described in the instruction manual but it's easy to miss this section when setting the device up for the first time. If the calibration has not been completed, the speed display may not be 100% accurate.
Please feel free to send me an email directly and I will happily provide another copy of the installation and calibration instructions. I'll also personally assist you through the process to make sure everything is working correctly and that you are fully satisfied with the product.
We are always here to help, and I'm confident we can get this resolved for you quickly.
Kind regards,
Paul
