Everything as expected, excellent service ,engineer most helpful and professional.

Fantastic service from start to finish. After filling out an online form, I received a call within an hour and the engineer was at my house within 3 hours. I also received a call from the engineer confirming an ETA and he arrived at the time given. The engineer was very professional, well presented, polite and kept the work area clean and tidy. He worked very quickly and efficiently and kept me informed of what he was doing. I would definitely use again.

Very helpful engineer, Paul, explained what was wrong, and put it right. Went over all connections and apps etc explaining how to receive all options.

Call was answered politely and process was explained.
Engineer called with time expected. Worked carried out to remove our Sky Dish successfully and broken for us to be able to dispose of easily.

Alma did a great job. I would definately recommend.

I needed to find a company to look at my elderly mum's aerial as her TV had stopped working.
I don't know the are well so went onto Yellow and found Mike Harris Aerial &Satellite company.
They opened at 8am so I was able to arrange for someone to come out early which they did.
Mick arrived at 10am and was great.He was friendly , confident and explained the different charges before he started the work required.
He fixed the problem quickly and I was extremely pleased with this experience.

Excellent service at very short notice.
I got a phone call within an hour of going online with an enquiry on a bank holiday Monday.
Engineer turned up early next morning and completed the job within an hour.
One very small issue was quickly resolved once the engineer returned later in same morning.
Overall a very good service.
Not the cheapest, but you get quality if you pay the price.
Engineer was very friendly, professional and respectful.
I'm a satisfied customer.

The Ariel fitter was very polite, and his job was completed with care and he left everything clean and tidy after installation. no complaints at all! He quoted and installed the equipment on the same day, so service very fast. Many thanks we much appreciated your services.

Overall it was a very good service and the engineer carried out the work well. There was a bit of a muddle up in which day had been designated as the messaging first said Tuesday and then Monday. Even when I enquired it still wasn’t clear and I was expecting someone on Tuesday but had a call about them coming on Monday. It was fine as I was here, but for a working person it would have been difficult. It was also a little on the pricey side we felt, but hopefully good equipment was installed for that price.

Adam who came out to us was absolutely wonderful,he explained fully what the charges would be before he started any work and was we happy with it, he was the only person to help us that day and we are very grateful to him, he is a lovely man.If ever we need your help again i would definitely call on Adam.I would recommend you very highly.

Just another unprofessional bunch of liars. Quick to take your details, then never show up. False promises all day. Are all these companies the same in this industry? Such as waste of time. Scum.

DO NOT USE - I contacted this company for a standard 65” TV wall mount and soundbar installation. I was initially told an engineer had been assigned and that I was “next job” and would receive a call shortly. No one contacted me and no one attended that day.

When I followed up, I was quoted £389 + VAT (£466 total) for a fixed bracket installation on a solid brick wall, using hardware I had already supplied. This seemed significantly higher than expected for what is a fairly straightforward job.

To be clear, no emergency call-out was involved and the work was scheduled for the following morning. The price did not reflect that.

I decided to cancel as the cost felt disproportionate for the scope of work.

Communication regarding timing could have been clearer, and I would recommend that customers confirm total price including VAT before agreeing to proceed.

Fixed my aerial no problem. I had a new booster and aerial fitted. Good communication and Alma was polite and respectful of my property. Thank you

Would love to leave a review but still awaiting engineer visit as phone agent took wrong number and visit was cancelled ! Had to chase up myself and little apology. Hopefully second time round they’ll come and fix the problem ?

I was given a call on the morning of installation to say they would be with me between 12 & 3pm. At 3.10 I messaged them asking where they were. At 3.30 I called the main number a spoke to lady who had a look through their system and confirmed I was on the list but then proceeded to tell me without explanation, that my visit had been cancelled. She asked if I wanted to rebook for another day. No thanks.

Spent all day waiting for him to arrive, but he never did. Called and was informed he had already been here. I hadn’t left the house and verified through my ring doorbell that he hadn’t. Called again, and they assured me he was nearby and would return, but that didn’t happen. I needed a new aerial, aerial sockets, and a TV mounted on the wall. I'll seek out a reliable provider instead. Avoid this disorganized company. It’s just a waste of time.
