Had an engineer come out very promptly after phoning for an appointment.
Kevin was his name. Great person, knew just what he was talking about and quickly fixed the problem.
He then spent some time making sure everything was ok and explaining things.
Would recommend the efficiency of this company but especially the enginer Kevin.
