Would love to leave a review but still awaiting engineer visit as phone agent took wrong number and visit was cancelled ! Had to chase up myself and little apology. Hopefully second time round they’ll come and fix the problem ?

I was given a call on the morning of installation to say they would be with me between 12 & 3pm. At 3.10 I messaged them asking where they were. At 3.30 I called the main number a spoke to lady who had a look through their system and confirmed I was on the list but then proceeded to tell me without explanation, that my visit had been cancelled. She asked if I wanted to rebook for another day. No thanks.

Spent all day waiting for him to arrive, but he never did. Called and was informed he had already been here. I hadn’t left the house and verified through my ring doorbell that he hadn’t. Called again, and they assured me he was nearby and would return, but that didn’t happen. I needed a new aerial, aerial sockets, and a TV mounted on the wall. I'll seek out a reliable provider instead. Avoid this disorganized company. It’s just a waste of time.

The service was impressively prompt, especially given the holiday season, arriving the day after our request just before Christmas. We did, however, assume VAT was included in the quoted price, as it was a residential job, not a commercial one, and there was no receipt provided or emailed, which felt somewhat questionable. We needed a TV set up, cables managed, and a single remote setup (Virgin). The TV was expertly installed, but the cable management was only partially done; we were informed another hole was necessary, which they couldn't handle. This turned out to be unnecessary, as I easily completed the task myself by tucking the wires into a cupboard within a couple of minutes. Additionally, we ended up with two remotes: one for power and volume and the Virgin remote for everything else. While we were happy to have the TV installed since we couldn’t do it ourselves, the service felt underwhelming given the steep price, suggesting we'll consider other options next time.

For the work completed we believe we where overcharged. I would not reccommend.

Can't fault the response which was next day coming up to Christmas however we assumed the price included Vat as it was a domestic job rather than a business - no receipt given or sent via email which seems dodgy.
We asked for a new TV to be installed,the wires to be tidied and the remote to be made one ( virgin). The TV installation was perfect ,the wires were half tidied and we were told that another hole needed drilling to finish off and they couldn't do that - in fact this was not true and I was able to finish tidying myself and enclosed them in a cupboard in 2 minutes. We have have still got to use 2 remotes- power and volume on one and everything else on the virgin one.
Therefore pleased to have the TV installed as it was beyond us but disappointed in the level of service for the very expensive price - lesson learned go elsewhere next time .

If you think something is too good to be true, then it probably is. Called these guys on a Friday afternoon, having been let down by another aerial company and was told someone would be out the next day. Almost a week later and no one has shown. They can’t give a definite time as to when they’ll be here, so once again the customer is left waiting in all day. On three occasions it was booked in and on all three they cancelled. Totally disorganised and really couldn’t give two hoots about the poor service. Would never use them.

Following an Issue with my Satellite Signal I called the Company and spoke to a helpful lady. Within the hour the Engineer Alma called to say he was 10 minutes away.
He attended the Property and resolved the Problem explaining what the issue was.
Alma was both Professional and Courteous the whole time he was here and is a Credit to the Company

Said they would be to give me a free estimate, never turned up, then I got a call saying the engineer was delayed at the last job, then they said he would be the next day, again he never turned up, This company is just a big SHAM, Keep clear of them, do not wast your time with them.
How come this company has such a high rating on Trustpilot the amount of negative reviews is alarming.
Almost 7 months to acknowledge my complaint, I see they have been going through complaints and asking customers to contact them about complaints for this year and last year, Not very responsive, I will not be contacting them I believe they are incapable of rectifying anything.

Didn’t turn up waited all day . Telephoned to be told he had been. I had not been out and checked my ring door bell and he hadn’t been. Telephoned back to be told they had contacted him to come back as he wasn’t far away . Still didn’t show up . We wanted a replacement Arial, Ariel sockets and a TV wall mounted . I will find someone reputable . Stay away from this shambles of an organisation.

Waited 3 days for engineer. I phoned the company many times for updates but was always given excuses for no attendance. Cancelled work and left very disappointed with this company.

About 2 months ago we had a power cut for about an hour when I turned television back on I had no signal from aerial and sky box ,as I live in a block of flats got block management out to try and solve the issue.this carried on and on but still no signal.my letting agent asked me to get hold of a satellite engineer.i rung this company yesterday afternoon and sent an engineer out today .he sorted problem out for me .he was so good the guys a genius so friendly and amenable. Would def recommend

Contacted company for installation work - they didn’t reply for over a week. Arranged an appointment for 1pm next day. Waited in for the appointment and put off other work in order to meet engineer. At 12.15 they called to say engineer couldn’t make it. So….dont put on your website “We guarantee to turn up on time” You cancelled with 45 mins notice. And don’t say on your website, “We guarantee 100% customer satisfaction.” You didn’t! And I suspect you can’t. Gone elsewhere.

Terrible service don’t use this company I booked to have my tv mounted on wall . Initially they were ok man arrived to quote for mounting and said he would get office to look into getting someone to channel walls ect and they would send email and heard nothing after him saying I would get email to confirm . Phoned to book when tv arrived and some confusion about said fitter ( who had called and quoted extra £50 weeks before )they eventually found out who fitter was . i was told I could book this a few days later . GREAT I said surprised at the quick fitting day . I phone twice on fitting day to be told on second call @3pm oh he has been delayed won’t be here today . Changed plays to stay in and no show , no communication TERRIBLE customer services from a large company

A professional experienced engineer was on time, tested my old Aerial/TV hardly working setup. tested the system and suggest a solution with estimate of the cost. I agreed and he proceeded, I know have a fully functional system and its a pleasure to watch TV again, Thank you for quick experienced service and highly recommended.

If this is the Glasgow gentleman, not local, he arrived looked up at my aerial, said there was nothing wrong with it, charged me the call out fee and left

John called on saturday to see what the job was going to entail, gave us a quote and explained everything that needed to be done. John turned up first thing this morning with a brand new aerial and wire and proceeded to do the job. John was very respectful, polite, tidy, cleaned up after himself and went through everthing with the instillation of all the tv channels, wow I even got more channels that i never had before. John went above and beyond, excellent work, very reasonable price

I needed 3 aerial points checked and a new one installed. Alma did an excellent job and left the house clean and tidy. He fixed what turned out to be an old splitter connection which had caused the TV to fail. Very respectful and friendly. Highly recommended.

Recently moved to Kettering. No tv signal. Telephoned Mike Harris Aerial & Satellite, appointment booked for following morning. Adam the tv engineer arrived on time, was very polite and helpful, diagnosed the problem and fitted a new satellite dish. The work he carried out is very neat and tidy, and nothing was too much trouble. Would thoroughly recommend this company.
