The prompt response from Ryan at the firm Mike Harris Aerial & Satellite Services was most impressive. This prompted me to respond quickly with my requirements and the very same day I was advised that an engineer would call out at no charge and remedy the problem as quickly as possible. Later that day your excellent Engineer, Pablo from Edinburgh called. He was so personable, knowledgeable and efficient that he was able to say immediately 'I should be able to remedy this for you today'. Having made various checks on TV's as well as the internal attic aerial he knew exactly what was required. Having given his quotation which I immediately accepted, and confirmed that he would attend to the fairly major repair required immediately, as he had all necessary equipment in his well stocked van - he had everything repaired and working far more efficiently than ever before within one hour. A true professional gentleman who was so mannerly. He is a true credit to your firm and endorses the exceptionally high quality service your provide.

Luke was our engineer today and quickly ascertained the problem. Our old analogue tv aerial had a large part missing and needed replacement and our satellite dish, although still working had a crack in the LNB which could lead to problems if water penetrated through the crack. Luke explained that it wasn't imperative that the dish be replaced as it was still working. We decided it would be best to replace the both the aerial and the dish and Luke carried out the work quickly and efficiently. He was very pleasant and helpful and we were very happy with the great and speedy service we received.

I called and the engineer was at my house within 3 hours (he would have been there earlier but I was out). He could not have been more helpful and sorting my aerial was not an easy job as we have more than one television and I had no idea how the aerial worked but he managed to get everything sorted out for me extremely quickly and was very pleasant and helpful explaining everything he was doing. I would recommend this company to anyone and have already told my friends and family.

My first call to Mike Harris Aerial etc was answered very quickly, problem discussed, appointment made for aerial engineer to visit. The technician (David) called the following day to let me know approximate arrival time which was accurate. He diagnosed the problem, suggested that I needed a new aerial to which I agreed ( no pressure was applied). He set about the job, completed it, retuned my 2 TVs, tidied up the cabling inside, moving my satellite box (?) to a more efficient location. I paid when the work was completed and receipts with details were emailed to me.
There was an issue with the TV reception later that day( no BBC channels). I contacted the company 2 days later and was told that there was no problem about having the issue checked. Same procedure as before. A different expert arrived, sussed out the issue immediately, took appropriate action ( 10 minutes). No problems since.
The 3 people I dealt with were polite and efficient. I felt that the service was very professional.

The engineer listened to what I wanted him to do and offered his advice which it turned out was spot on. I now get a better picture on my TV than I had originally, so I am very pleased with the outcome. Fast efficient service and very professional, would definately reccommend this organisation for anyone looking for a new or updated aerial.

The engineer Andrew arrived on time. He was very courteous and had my broadband up and running very quickly.

Called the office in the morning, and was answered by polite and friendly staff. Engineer came in the afternoon was very polite and professional, he done an excellent job and my father was over the moon. Not expensive, reasonably priced. Would recommend this company.

I called on Monday, and the engineer was supposed to call me the next morning. I was left a voicemail saying he was unavailable and would call me the next day. The next day, there was no message, so I called and was told the engineer was unavailable and would call me the next day and so on until Saturday. Maybe i will get a phone call today? I doubt it.. Worst company ever! Avoid.

A very knowledgeable technician

Communication with head office and the engineer was fantastic. Our engineer really knew his stuff and was really helpful in suggesting options for our Freeview and Freesat instillation.

Larry the technician was fantastic - quick , professional & clearly a seasoned pro who quite honestly knew his way round the tv aerial & satellite industry. Larry with his charm & friendly manner literally took me through the whole problem solving process step by step to eventually come to a satisfactory conclusion.Everything is working perfectly now & to Larry’s credit is very knowledgeable individual who deserves his 5 star rating.
