MIH greatly simplified and assisted understanding of our first transfer to VoIP (after much misinformation from previous landline provider). Initial glitch with incoming calls was cured immediately, with one telephone call. Easy to contact MIH. We did not buy any hardware and just use Voip app on existing mobile. Voicemail is emailed. So easy to use. Service running for 2 months now with no issue. Huge savings. Excellent all round. Would recommend without hesitation

I recently changed internet provider but needed to keep my landline number, changing to a VOIP phone has allowed me to do this. The process was easy and the communication and assistance to aid the process was great from start to finish.

Company was attentive to all my needs and kept me informed, all through the process, which went very smoothly, on the day the service went live and my old was number was ported across. I can now use my phone as before, but with added extras, including keeping my old phone number. I would highly recommend this company if you are thinking of having a VoIP phone.

They were very patient explaining things to me and talking me through the order and then following up to ensure I was managing ok.

I was recommended to use MIH VoIP by my daughter in law. And I have to say MIH VoOP kept me advised every step of the way. My landline was ported on time and the quality of the digital line is superior to the old BT landline that preceded it. I had no difficulties but I think you have to be a little tech savvy carry out the installation yourself. An old person may be a little challenged purely by lack of confidence. I am not able to advise if you are in that position. All I can say is that I am happy.

I changed to MIH VoIP late last September and have to say I have had no problems or issues and my bank balance is much healthier as my costs are much lower

Antony made what I thought would be a tricky process very simple. Nothing was too much trouble, from order to assistance in setting the adaptor up. I found the website and instructional videos so so helpful and easy to follow. The call plans are also value for money. Thanks Antony and team. Will be recommending to anyone who needs VoIP.

From the moment in summer 2024 we decided that BT bills for broadband and phone had risen to an unaffordable level, we knew we were in uncharted waters... We'd been with BT since 1970. Moving to Utility Warehouse for broadband solved the broadband issues. But it took the care and kindness of MIH to give us the VoIP phone system that we required. Six months on we're still mega-happy that our UW agent recommended MIH. A great company with tremendously helpful people!

I found the app to be well presented; it was very easy to find the things I wanted as each section was clearly labelled. The information I needed was within each section and for me it was one of the best apps I have due to the ease of use and it’s clearly defined set up

Although VoiP has been around for a long time, it's now becoming far more relevant with the impending demise of the traditional land-line!

With that in mind having had the opportunity to trial the MIH VoiP App, gotta say it's absolutely brilliant!

Very easy and smooth process to set up the system. I use the app version which means that I have the phone number with me any time and anywhere even I wasn't at the office.

I like the transcript of any voice mail being sent to the default email address which is another feature to assist picking up messages on the go.

All in all, a great system and I will definitely recommend it to colleagues, friends and family.

Don't even think about going anywhere else for voip, especially if your local to blackpool. The support the company gives to get you set up is beyond the call! And saved me a fortune on my current voip cost with a totally unhelpful provider!

I can't praise Antony and this fantastic company enough A self confessed technophobe, I was offered the chance of a demo, which I took with lots of apprehension. Need I have worried....Not at all. The app is very easy to understand and user friendly. I was most impressed with the email transcription/notification in the voicemail feature.
