Great comms provider
We've worked with Vivi for a number of years and the service has always been excellent.
All support requests are dealt with effectively and efficiently.
Our contract is quite flexible, which is perfect for a small business like ours.

Been with VIVI for around 2 years now.
Been with VIVI for around 2 years now. Set up was easy and their system is extremely customisable. Having previously been with BT for many years, I cannot recommend VIVI enough! Not only are they significantly more affordable, but their level of customer support is tenfold better.

Small company but top tier support and products.
ViVi are absolutely amazing, working with MSPs and in IT for many years VOIP has always been a headache, not anymore with VIVI!
From their support staff, pricing, responsiveness and easy to use platform i cannot recommend them enough.
by far the smoothest migration i have taken part in.
A big shout out to the whole team especially Charlotte and Brad.

Thank you for your review, I'm sorry to hear that you had such a negative experience. We set a high standard for ourselves, and we’re so sorry to hear this was not met in your interaction with our business.
Although we would prefer not to deal with specific account issues in a public forum, I do feel that we do need to respond to this negative review.
We have already explained why you could not port your number directly via email and also via support ticket. You simply can not port a number which is out of service. When invoices on an account are left unpaid, the account is suspended and numbers are automatically taken out of service until the account is brought up to date and arrears cleared.
We have been in constant communication with you regarding this, but if you do feel that this needs to be discussed further then please don't hesitate to contact us directly - customerservices@vivivoip.co.uk
