Recently ordered a shirt online. Was shown as dispatched and not updating on Royal Mail. Replacement sent immediately. Great customer service. Will use again!

Il prezzo di vendita può sembrare appetibile quando poi ci si aggiungono gli oneri doganali (Iva + dazio) non è più assolutamente conveniente.
Mi è capitato che ho dovuto rispedire l'acquisto da me fatto per errata taglia e mi sono trovato a dover ripagare per intero gli oneri doganali oltre alla spedizione del reso.

Don’t buy from them if you are not in the UK, you will end up paying a lot more for the jackets, they don’t let you know how much beforehand and when you ask for help they won’t at all! I ended up paying €220 euros on customs and when I asked them if I could deny the parcel to get my money back they said well you pay the costumes, the administration costs, postal costs and bla bla bla … so you end up paying hundreds of euros just to have no jacket. Service was really unfair and I would never buy again or recommend to anyone. If the costs are so high they have to mention it on the website, and especially when you enail them BEFOREHAND to ask, they can at least warn! Not just answer you’ll know when it is being delivered to you… horrible.

sconsiglio vivamente l'acquisto on line su questo sito, la ragione è questa. E' vero che prima dell'acquisto il sito avverte del fatto che al prezzo di acquisto andranno sommati i dazi doganali, tuttavia nè il sito è in grado di calcolarli ma, soprattutto, DHL che è il loro vettore ha applicato tra dazi e spese circa il 42% del costo totale del capo acquistato. Inoltre DHL non comunica il modo in cui queste spese/imposte sono state calcolate.Contattato DHL mi risponde in tempi molto rapidi: oltre alle imposte e alle spese di spedizione indicate dal sito al momento dell'acquisto NON comunicano "spese di pratica" di circa 20 euro che appaiono del tutto ingiustificate e soprattutto non trasparenti. A mio avviso non sono corretti nè il sito Michael Stewart nè DHL, per me la prima e ultima volta.

Ordered a Barbour Jumper from the website, it was delivered within 2 days of purchasing.

The item came exactly as described, complete with a hand written thank you note on the receipt - which was a nice little touch!

Will definitely be using Michael Stewart again in the future.

Les dices los fallos, se lo demuestras con pantallazos de su Web, pidiéndole que te enseñen donde viene explicado el coste de gestión de aduanas de la logística que ellos eligen y tu pagas. Le envías una foto con el articulo que envían roto con las etiquetas sin quitar, el mismo día de la entrega. Le pides que le exijan a su logística del primer intento de envío que te demuestren que te han avisado. Y responden con mentiras y excusas. Nunca mejoraran. A ver no me voy perder el tiempo en escribir estos párrafos por aburrimiento, lo hago para que mejoréis a futuro pero ..., la empresa es vuestra, con no volver a comprar.
Os cuento lo ocurrido
NO están preparados para el envio fuera de UK, no especifican con claridad en su web los gastos del envío, aun contratando ellos la empresa de logística. En la compra cargan unos gastos de envío que luego se multiplican por tres ,ya que la agencia en destino te cobra por la gestión de aduanas, ellos solo hablan de que tú tienes que pagar el impuestos de aduanas y el impuesto sobre la compra , en el caso de España IVA21%.
Aparte a mi me la entregaron 45 días después de la compra algo que no es lo que te dicen en su Web. Resumen no están preparados.
Me llegó la chaqueta rota, les envié fotos justo después de sacarla de la caja, me ofrecieron que los gastos de devolución los asumía yo, cuando ellos investigaran la causa deciden si me enviaban otra y me pagaban los gastos o... sin fecha estimada. Compras algo para invierno y te puede llegar la correcta en primavera. Un desastre que por las respuestas dadas no quieren mejorar. N o lo recomiendo

Do 1 stella perché è un sito che nn mi ha dato fiducia e non mi ha restituito i soldi per intero, ho contattato tramite email il call center e su 4 e-mail mi hanno risposto solo ad 1 … ma vado nel dettaglio:
A febbraio faccio un ordine per un barbour reference order (WEB90595) mi inviano l email di conferma dell ordine e del pagamento di 210,76€, il giorno successivo ricevo un messaggio sul cell dal corriere DHL che dovrò regolarizzare le spese doganali pari a 93€ pagandole tramite un link o direttamente al corriere al momento della consegna ma che prima dovrò inviare tutti i documenti e rilasciare una dichiarazione, compilo il tutto invio al DHL… passano giorni su giorni richiamo il DHL che mi dice che il pacco nn l hanno ancora ricevuto a quel punto vado sull account personale del sito web e mi accorgo che il mio ordine è stato annullato quindi chiamo di corsa al call center e mi dicono che è stato annullato perché nn ho pagato le spese doganali a quel punto chiedo di inviarmi un e-mail scritta ed un certo Richard Blackburn che mi scrive la stessa cosa, a quel punto verifico il rimborso e mi accorgo che mi hanno rimborsato solo 167€…. Michael stewart mi scrive che hanno dovuto scorporare le spese doganali io allora richiamo il DHL che mi conferma che loro non hanno mai ricevuto il pacco e che quindi nn avrei dovuto pagare nulla… morale della favola io nn ho avuto tutto il rimborso pieno diciamo che chiamerei il tutto con una parola sola Truffa ….

My transaction was smooth, and what was especially noted, was the top notch care and presentation of the packing of the item (as opposed to it being bundled up in a bag like sweaty football kit, as can happen when buying clothes from some outlets). Can't rate 5 stars, cos the true measure of a 5 star experience can only come when one has issues with the purchase, that get satisfactorily resolved.

Terrible Christmas returns policy

Christmas returns policy starts from the 1st November and gives you a grand total of 14 days for a return. I was unaware of this because this is NOT specified on the order email or any emails from the company there after.

I have returned my parcel, within 24 days and am now trapped with £300 credit, even though the coat isn’t fully paid yet (used Klarna). I’m unable to get an exchange in the coat and the company is refusing to give me a refund.

£300 in the cost of living crisis is a huge amount of money and I believe their returns policy was set up to force people into a corner. Not nice, really upsetting and actually quite stressful.

I got my father a quilted gilet top and quality made truly loved the whole process from purchasing to recieving the item

Found these over a year ago on line looking up for a branded coat by P&S, now ordered loads on line and always a speedy service. I’ve now managed to get to Selby and visit the shop, fantastic experience, the staff are brilliant. Very helpful too. Great place to buy quality menswear.

Top selection of very competitively priced Barbour jackets. Managed to find a casual wier jacket much cheaper than anywhere else to my surprise as I’ve never ordered from Michael Stewart before. Postage was very reasonably priced as well. Product arrived next day with a lovely hand written note from Rebecca. Funny how little things like that make a company stand out.
