Pessima esperienza !!!
Il prezzo di vendita è molto basso ed appetibile quando poi ci si aggiungono le spese di trasporto, gli oneri doganali (Iva + dazio) non è più assolutamente conveniente e tanto vale comprarlo in Italia almeno non si hanno sorprese.
Per un gilet Barbour del valore di €.87,95 ho pagato €.19,95 di trasporto ed ora DHL per sdoganarlo mi addebiterà €.43,26 per oneri doganali salvo conguaglio ....

Prima del previsto nella giornata di giovedì scorso ho ricevuto il giaccone Barbour a €. 260 che avevo ordinato pagando oneri doganali, IVA ed i famosi €. 21 a DHL per la pratica doganale, quindi consegna più che puntuale, capo bellissimo.

Still waiting for a refund nearly 2 weeks after returning a parcel. There has been no email acknowledgement of parcel being returned so after phoning them 7 days ago to check on progress, MS confirmed it’s arrived and were issuing a refund…Still nothing!!!

Fabulous Belstaff overshirt @ half the price. Fast delivery and good communication. I even got a ty message on the delivery note for using them.

I returned 2 Paul Smith coats and a Belstaff jumper 6th October. It was delivered 9th & to date I still haven’t been credited. I hadn’t had an acknowledgment the parcel had been delivered so contacted them a few days ago and had a response the parcel had been received and that their warehouse were very busy with returns but that I would be credited within a week of the parcel arriving with them. That is today…I have emailed again and had the same response. How hard can it be upon received and checked for the credit to be administered? I have checked my bank and there is no impending credit from MS even for tomorrow. I will never shop with them again and suggest you don’t either.

A day later I received a response from Michael Stewart promising to get me a replacement Barbour wax Jacket. Guess what? It NEVER happened; it was a fictional fantasy, like any ex-partner telling you they will call you. I regretted not buying my Barbour wax jacket directly from Barbour themselves. Please do not make the same mistake as I did and buy from Michael Stewart. Then getting the fictional email telling me will get you a replacement . Nothing more than a disingenuous outlet.

The page customs fee calculator said it'd be around 50€, it ended up being 185 meaning half of the price of the article. I obviously wouldn't have bought the item if I'd had any way of anticipating it being more expensive than in my local store.

Customer support said it's my responsability to dispute the tariffs with DHL.

Ordered a Barbour jacket as a gift. The jacket was ordered based on US size Large dimensions. The jacket was too small and needed to be exchanged. Ibemaiked the store and received a return label. Within less than one week we received an Extra Large jacket which is comparable to us Large. The exchange was prompt and efficient. Very impressed since it was on a different continent. I recommend the merchand very highly. The service was outstanding.

I ordered a Barbour gilet but wanted the old style. Richard in sales told me to order fast as they only had one left. I did and I received the order faster than they had time to tell me they’d sent it. And it was the right one.

Very prompt delivery of men's shorts. Excellent communication. Shorts great quality and look. My wife was impressed!

PESSIMA ESPERIENZA... attenzione agli acquisti su questo sito che non vengono effettuati dallo stesso paese di spedizione, l'ordine che era di una cifra ottima si è poi bloccato alla dogana, e solo pagando altri 100 euro non specificati chiaramente al momento dell'acquisto( SE CI SONO ALTRE SPESE DA PAGARE IN DOGANA SAREBBE OPPORTUNO SPECIFICARLO CHIEARAMENTE E A CARATTERI CUBITALI AL MOMENTO DELL'ACQUISTO), ho potuto ricevere il pacco , ho richiesto assistenza all'ecommerce , e per effettuare il reso avrei dovuto pagare altri 100 euro di dogana, quindi non ho potuto fare altro che pagare e tenermi il prodotto. Una gestione a dir poco vergognosa da parte di questo ecommerce, SCONSIGLIO L'ACQUISTO.

BAD EXPERIENCE... be careful with purchases on this site that are not made from the same country of shipment, the order that was of an excellent amount was then blocked at customs, and only by paying another 100 euros not clearly specified at the time of purchase (IF THERE ARE OTHER EXPENSES TO PAY AT CUSTOMS IT WOULD BE APPROPRIATE TO SPECIFY IT CLEARLY AND IN BIG LETTERS AT THE TIME OF PURCHASE), I was able to receive the package, I requested assistance from the e-commerce, and to make the return I would have had to pay another 100 euros in customs, so I could do nothing but pay and keep the product. A management that is nothing short of shameful on the part of this e-commerce, I DO NOT RECOMMEND THE PURCHASE.

I can only praise and highly recommend this store.
I have purchased items twice and had outstanding service each time.
The quality of items matches there service. The speed of delivery was less than 24 hours - just wonderful.
I will not hestiate to shop with them again.
So impressed I even sent an e mail to thank them this morning.

Shopped in store and online with Michael Stewart’s for many years. Always receive a warm welcome and leave with some fantastic clothes. Click and collect option is a nice touch. Will be back in soon!

Terrible. Ordered a shirt via Fruugo for my partners birthday from this company two weeks ago,
Nothing received. Contacted them direct twice and no response. Contacted Fruugo , they are now looking into it without much luck. Terrible service

I bought an expensive Paul & Shark stripe jumper from this company and after ONE wash, and washing on a specific cool wool cycle, it's plain to see that there is a fault within the jumper. It has shrunk at least two sizes where the lighter wool is.

The reply from customer services? Well it's been washed now and there's nothing they or the manufacturer can do about it.

Safe to say I would never buy from this company again.

EDIT: to their reply. Not only have they gotten my name wrong (who is Paul??), but they offered a credit note ONLY after my review was published. They outtright dismissed my complaint in their original email reply, said neither they or the manufacturer would even accept any liability. So no, I do not want a store credit offer either. Use it to invest in customer service training maybe?

I ordered a new brand for me moose Knuckles polo shirt I was now shore about the size so is contact the shop the fit so on that I ordered the XL and it was spot on and the quality is great

The prices are very competitive, the staff are professional and friendly but more importantly their customer service is exceptional !!

ottimo e-shop, ma da usare avendo a mente 3 cose importanti:
- ordinare la taglia corretta, non andare a tentativi. Se si rende il capo si perdono le tasse pagate, per cui dovete andare sul sicuro.
- fate ordini di valore importante (almeno 400€), solo così riuscirete a spalmare IVA-DAZI-PRATICA sotto il 35% (io spendendo 480€ ho pagato 180€ di IVA-DAZI-PRATICA), altrimenti rischiate di andare oltre il 40% del prezzo e perdere la convenienza nell'acquisto.
- opinione personale: vale al pena per BELSTAFF e BARBOUR, il resto si trova anche in UE più comodamente.

Ordered wrong size online and phoned the shop. Lovely lady dealt with my issue immediately and despatch and delivery amazing. Pricing really competitive so will visit again. Thank you.
