I’m a repeat customer, I bought a Moon swatch and have purchased 2 additional straps this one is a grey sail cloth look rubber deployment strap for the earth phase edition it’s probably the nicest strap for the earth phase it looks great. Received the strap in 48hrs, also their customer service is excellent I highly recommend them, easy to order and kept informed all the way. I also previously had a problem with a previous strap failing (not their fault) and they replaced it straight away no questions, just a photo of the strap and it was sorted. Cant go wrong with MGB watches.👍👍

New strap has transformed my enjoyment of my watch
The watch strap arrived really quickly, and looks great and is very comfortable to wear, it has changed my attitude to my watch which previously felt a bit too heavy and clunky but now feels light and quiet and it looks really cool on the blue strap

The wrong size strap was sent initially but when I emailed, Miles responded really quickly, Apologised and sent out the next day the correct one, along with a free removal tool.

Item didn't match expectations. Color did not match watch. I requested a return and the company gave me a partial refund. Still now real communication with anyone, but it was nice to receive the refund

I was looking for a special gift for my brothers birthday. He's always been Snoopy mad, so an Omega Swatch moonphase watch seemed perfect.
The ordering process and delivery time were simple and quick.
The added touches that came in the box were something which made it special.
Simply changing a strap can give a watch a whole new look.
