We’ve looked into this matter thoroughly and can confirm the item was marked as delivered by Royal Mail, with supporting geotagging, photographic confirmation, and delivery scan at the address provided.
We always take missing item reports seriously, but we also have to rely on the tracking data and evidence supplied by the courier. In this case, Royal Mail has confirmed successful delivery to the shared office building address you provided. As you mentioned yourself, it’s possible the parcel was taken by someone else within the building - something unfortunately outside of our control.
We absolutely understand your frustration, but to say we’ve refused to help isn’t quite accurate. We’ve shared all available delivery evidence with you and followed the correct procedures in full.
If you’d like to escalate this further, we’re more than happy to assist you with raising a formal claim through Royal Mail.

No follow up on faulty goods
Got the watch I ordered next day with the extra strap I paid for. The strap failed and not fit for purpose, they replied to say ‘they’re looking into it’ but no reply even when chasing them up, I feel a bit robbed..

Great customer care and very good curation to get Swatch-store only items
Made 2 purchases on MGB Watches for special Moonswatches starting with the WhatsApp chat and Miles, who is very responsive and takes utmost customer care. The watches are authentic and as said in other comments, with fast shipping delivery time. As a non-UK resident pricing was transparent to include VAT/custom fee so nothing was ever paid after the delivery. Happy customer - thank you MGB!
