Worst Company Ever
This has been the worst customer experience I have had with any company, and I strongly advise others not to do business with them.
I ordered a perforated black strap that was advertised to arrive within “3–5 business days.” Instead, it arrived three weeks later, and when I opened the package, I discovered they had sent a brown strap. I contacted customer service, and they refused to take accountability for their mistake. I was told I could simply keep the brown strap and that they would send the correct one due to the Black Friday “buy one, get one free” promotion. Why would I want two of the same straps?? The representative was unprofessional and even stated that they were “not liable,” despite the fact that the error was clearly on their end. I was then told, “shame on you” for being dissatisfied—an unacceptable and unprofessional response.
The appropriate solution would have been to request a return of the incorrect item and then send two straps, while also removing the shipping charge as a gesture of goodwill. That is what customer service should look like.
Again, you have been warned—do not buy from this company.
Edit * The owner must have replaced the person that was speaking to me. They are now admitting they are liable when I told them I will screenshot everything as well as write a review. They also said I could keep the brown strap and they will fully refund me. However, when I checked the refund status, they only refunded me the strap cost and not the mailing cost which is $38.00. That isn't a "full refund." I'm also not sure of what to do with the brown strap....... but at least I get a refund.

I’m a repeat customer
I’m a repeat customer, I bought a Moon swatch and have purchased 2 additional straps this one is a grey sail cloth look rubber deployment strap for the earth phase edition it’s probably the nicest strap for the earth phase it looks great. Received the strap in 48hrs, also their customer service is excellent I highly recommend them, easy to order and kept informed all the way. I also previously had a problem with a previous strap failing (not their fault) and they replaced it straight away no questions, just a photo of the strap and it was sorted. Cant go wrong with MGB watches.👍👍
