The strap is very good quality and exceptionally easy to fix to my watch. The only downside is that I paid extra for next day delivery as I wanted it before I travelled but it did not arrive with next day delivery. I don’t want to knock a star down for that though as it looks like they do ship as quick as they could and Royail Mail let them down

Sorry we didn’t hit the next day delivery SLA on this one. You’re absolutely right, I’ve checked the tracking against the order and it was dispatched on time, but Royal Mail didn’t deliver it as expected.
I’ve gone ahead and refunded the £9.95 delivery charge as a goodwill gesture.

Excellent - feels like a new watch
Excellent. From ease of ordering to the quick delivery, a really good experience. I ordered a sail cloth rubber strap in black with white stitching to replace the original leather black with white stitching strap on my Breitling. The match is superb, much closer than I thought it might be! It also arrived in a very nice presentation box. Really very happy and made it feel like a new watch again. Can highly recommend.

I received an email to leave feedback before even receiving the watch I ordered…
I emailed for an update as i received order confirmation 3 days ago however I'm yet to receive any tracking number or response from MGB. I really was looking forward to my order but I don’t think I’m even going to receive it. I hope I get my watch delivered soon in safe hands.

Great strap.
After a few communication issues Miles eventually sorted the delivery of my strap, really happy with the new strap and the colour is a perfect match for my polar lights Swatch Omega. Would have been 5 stars if the emails had been replied to quicker.
