There are some companies that just get it right. This is one of those companies and these guys are awesome. I don't buy much online, and I never would have considered changing the strap on my Rolex until now. Bought the tool, which worked flawlessly, and my orange strap looks awesome. If anything 85 quid is to cheap.

I placed an order with MGM in January…
I placed an order with MGM in January for a watch. I also placed an order for a personalised watch strap to go with the watch , I knew was non refundable/ returnable . The watch wasn’t appropriate so I returned it, the process was slow and not customer focused. However to-date after many emails requesting my watch strap that had been paid for when I placed the order I still haven’t received either a reply, my watch strap or a refund. Customer Service has been poor , communication has been nil. Money has been taken from me without me receiving my goods/ order. I wouldn’t recommend buying from MGM . I am now going to refer my complaint to my credit card company.
REVIEW UPDATE :
Well, I received a reply from MGB watches which was factual incorrect. Until I reviewed MGB on the 19th January and posted a review on Trustpilot I hadn’t received any communication to my complaint. The answer stated that they had tried to ‘reach out’ to me several times which is not true. I can provide copies of the emails I sent and the contact via the customer services portal that were not responded to. My answer from MGB said that they would refund the money for my watch strap. I am still waiting for the refund even though I received an email stating that they had cancelled the order . I would now like for publicly from MGB via Trustpilot when I will receive my refund. If I do not receive a response and my refund from them by Friday this week I will update this review to inform people and take further action. The Customer Service is woefully inadequate and I reiterate that I WOULD NOT recommend this company.

Thank you for your message.
I can see that your watch order was returned and refunded within 10 days of receipt, which was within our stated returns timeframe at the time. Since January, we have introduced a fully automated self-service returns system to make the process faster and smoother, and I’m sorry that wasn’t available to you then.
Regarding the personalised strap — as this was an engraved item, we reached out on multiple occasions to confirm the engraving details before production. Unfortunately, we did not receive a response, so the strap was not completed or dispatched.
That said, I completely understand your frustration in feeling this has gone unresolved. I have now cancelled the strap order and issued a full refund back to your original payment method.
Please allow 3–5 working days for this to appear, depending on your card provider.
We genuinely appreciate constructive criticism. It is never our intention to upset customers. From time to time, things do go wrong, and when they do, we take responsibility. We will ensure your feedback is used to implement positive change within our processes.

Great product and experience online
Great online experience, really good information on various straps and options. Great photography. Speedy delivery and great comms. However, whilst I really like the product quality, I would still say it doesn’t reflect value for money. I think it should be maybe £10-15 cheaper. Saying that it fitted my watch well and the look is great. One slight negative, the spring arms provided were not long enough to match originals.

Pre order answered some questions quickly. Order came within couple of days, UK based. Product very well made (Sailcloth on Omega Professional) comfortable and easy to fit with quick lock and the bracelet removal tool.

Update. Changed rating from 3 to 5 as watch strap is great and the correspondence was immediate but unfortunately directed to my spam folder, so ignore below.
The strap is great and top quality plus looks fantastic on my white Omega speedmaster, but unfortunately I didn't receive a transaction email until the product was on its way and I was unsure if the order had gone through due to no immediate email receipt. Just want to stress, great product but actual service compared to others was a little mediocre.
