Metro Plumb Arvostelua 

This is the second Metro Plumb engineer who attended a supposed water leak issue at my mothers property and the fourth expert who has confirmed there is not a water leak at the house or in the supply pipe. Both engineers from Metro Plumb are very knowledgeable, helpful and professional in their approach. The entire experience from the initial call from the office through to the attendance has been a pleasure and I highly recommend them; however, it is a shame their employers at the CEO office at Thames Water who seem to want to rip off vulnerable people and in this instance have charged an 83 year old disabled and bed bound lady over £1,300.00 for water she hasn’t used. If it wasn’t for the professional people at CC Water and Metro Plumb, I would imagine my poor mum would have to go without food and heating to pay their fictitious invoices.

The plumber, who attended the water leak issue, is undoubtedly a highly skilled professional. This was demonstrated through his methodical approach to tackling the problem, which he resolved decisively and efficiently. Also, he was communicative throughout the repairs process and happy to answer all questions related to the issue.
Needless to say, the plumber is a credit to his profession and his employer: Metro Plumb.

Really quick response time once the job was reported, and the plumber (who was also the nicest guy) fixed the problem in under 10 mins!

I found the plumber very professional. He explain to me what he was going to do very professional work recommend this plumber to anybody.

Lovely young man turned up promptly within the time specified, found the problem straight away and it was sorted within an hour. Very happy.

Great customer service, the guy called to arrange convenient time to come fix the leak in the bathroom. He was very polite and friendly.

A guy turns up 24 hours late! When finally arrived he took some pictures of the walls that a leak was causing above he told me there was nothing he could do. I asked if he was going to go above my property to see where the leak was coming from he said no ring my landlord! The landlord sent him to stop the leak!

Very helpful. A chap came around and fixed my mains leak within 30 minutes.

If, like me, the character of a person is as important as the quality of work, I would be mindful before hiring Metro Plumb. Specifically, the plumber driving the van with reg YO22BWB in the Manchester area.

Incident:
I signalled to come off the roundabout, and he entered the roundabout regardless, drove up next to my car forcefully and mounted the curb to undertake me.
The driver was driving aggressively and recklessly. Shortly after, when the space was available, he purposely positioned himself adjacent to my car to look into my car and stare at me with intimidation.

I can only imagine how poorly a customer would be treated by that specific driver/plumber. I believe their quality of work should not be trusted.

Cutting corners, selfish and egocentric is what I would imagine you would receive. Along with inconsiderate, my way or the highway type of attitude.

The first man Andy was brilliant but needed a part so a second man came he was fine and did the job but when he left the new pipe he had fitted was a lot smaller and left a large hole around it witch we have had to sort ourselves both of us being in our 80tis was difficult for us but had to sort as it was very unsightly but he did do the job

DAN , A very friendly and helpful young man , checked all over radiators and confirmed what the problem was.

The guy gave us a courtesy call before he arrived was punctual polite explained his plan for fitting . Unfortunately the product was faulty but he dealt with it promptly an ensured the job would be completed when new pump arrived next day express delivery which it did he fitted our new pump an everything working great .
