Nothing wrong with Merlin Direct
Only issue I had was the delivery service
That appeared to have failed three times and was then returned to sender with no explanation
Told I had to reorder with was a shame and slightly frustrating

Issue needs addressing asap
Was not informed that the item I purchased actually comes from a different country it did not say anywhere on the website and 12 days later still nothing has arrived. I emailed to get a refund and was told I would have to wait for the item to arrive then raise a return not good enough in my eyes I have given you chance to sort this and nothing has been done. I would again ask for a refund and it’s your duty to sort out cancelling the item from what ever country Iam waiting for it to arrive from many thanks.

Missing items…. Still not received
Bought 2 x T-shirts and 2 x trousers, after paying for next day delivery they arrived 3 days later .opened package and trousers where no where to be seen. Contacted them through website and was told they made a mistake and would send out trousers on Next day delivery. Trousers still yet to arrive!
Please don’t use this company.. if you pay for an item you expect to receive said item!
