The Express Delivery I chose took 18 Days to deliver an "in stock" LED light....
OK, so I had never used this company before, I placed my order on 30th Dec and chose "Express Delivery" paying £4.99 for the service...I didn't expect to see my order until early new year because of the festivities, and they were not displaying opening times on their website for the Xmas period.
After hearing nothing of my order by the 6th Jan (not even an order confirmation) I messaged customer services, you can only email them, they don't have a phone number, I promptly got a reply apologising and saying they could not give me a tracking number and the item would be delivered on 12th, on the 14th I messaged again to say it hadn't been delivered, again they replied the same day saying they could not supply tracking but it would be delivered the next day and they re-funded my £4.99 delivery fee, it was finally delivered on the 17th Jan, and came directly from the manufacturer with Royal Mail 24 tracked delivery.... and the label showed it was only posted on 16th Jan... So the reason they couldn't give me any tracking info was it hadn't even been sent yet and they were re-selling items they do not stock and had no control over the postage or delivery, so although their customer service agent replied promptly and refunded my postage he lied to me about the items true delivery status.
