I think if your site says a garment is in stock it should highlight that its in stock at the supplier in sweden and not the uk so that time to delivery would be a week. Managed ok but need clarifying.... Näytä lisää

MerlinDirect domain belongs to shopify.com and same zero-star company. You have to contact them to remind them you ordered a week ago. Wrong size delivered 3 weeks later. Return. You have to contact them to remind them for refund. Ordered again for a proper size. Order status - shipped. 2 weeks later you have to ask them where is your parcel and they say no size available. Refund request. You have to contact them 2 weeks later again to remind them about refund or you will never get refund back if not reminded.
Took 2 months for this nightmare.

I ordered a replacement part for my rucsack, which was difficult to source. Merlin Direct was the only supplier that had the item in their stock, which was ordered and delivered in 3 working days. Excellent service!

Not the best company to deal with took…
Not the best company to deal with took over 4 weeks for my order to arrive due to a system problem. Paid an extra £15 for a logo to be added to one of My shirts. No logo added only wording text. Had to chase my order up, when it finally arrived shirts was you could clearly see just been chucked into the box not folded or packaged at all. No pride or care given, poor communication, poor service, poor product. Definitely better companies in market
