I had an issue with a duplicated order (my error), which customer services responded to and resolved very quickly, despite being late in the evening on a Friday. The money spent was credited back into my account the next working day. So thank you to the team there.

Delivery to Germany

I still don't have my order and I have paid customs and taxes twice, despite the FAQ saying all fees would be included in the checkout only to have EVRI hold my parcel and threaten to send it back to the sellers if I didn't pay the fees again. This is more an issue with EVRI, but Warhammer Mech told me that the extra fees would be refunded and they have not been. They clearly know there are issues with EVRI and yet they continue to use them as couriers. EVRI are an absolute joke and I cannot understand why anyone still uses them.

Love warhammer but I order July 3rd and it still hasn’t shipped

The staff went above and beyond to make sure I got my item. I had experienced some postal issues and repeated disappointments when my item didn't arrive, but the staff were excellent in taking care of my issue. 100% satisfied.

A complicated issue with the USPS made it look like my package was delivered. Product was quickly resent and received.

I had a question regarding my order outside of business hours and someone got back to me within an hour. The customer service is phenomenal and they always make sure questions are answered and products are received.
