Fast response. Great alternative to an urgent care visit, especially when you already know what is wrong with you and just need a prescription called in.

MeMD was simple to use, they were immediately back in contact to verify information for the doctor and shortly there after the doctor called and assessed my condition and ordered a prescription. What a great experience.

MeMD is the best app/invention ever! The staff is very nice and the app is super easy to use. 5 out of 5 stars for sure! I will continue to use MeMD and support it forever!

The Dr I spoke with was very rude this company takes your money and then does nothing for you refers you to a walkin clinic probably associated with this company requested a refund never heard back dont use this company !

Overall the experience was good. A lot better than actually having to go to a Dr office or emergency clinic. Little time to get through the process of filling out all the paperwork but you have to do that at an office anyway. I did assume the Dr who responded would at least look over the information I provided on the website for what I was looking to be seen for along with my medications before he prescribed something as he prescribed something that I can not take because of other interactions with my current medications. It clearly states on the medication information to not take what was prescribed if taking my current medication. Overall will probably use them again in the future and will definitely make known before hanging up I tell them not to prescribe something I can not take.

I have used MeMD several times. The experience has always been great. And now that we are in the midst of a pandemic, the ability to "see" a Dr. from the comfort of my home is priceless.
The fee is very reasonable as well and less than any urgent care visit would be.
Highly recommended to all!

The doctor I consulted with was knowledgeable about my condition and helped me very quickly, so that was great. She also wrote my prescription with a refill, so that was helpful. Really my only complaint would be the price: $67. I think that was little steep, especially when there are other providers on the same type of platform charging only $20 for some visits, which I think is more appropriate given the extent of our phone call.
Overall, though

I have found MeMD very easy to use and has solved my issue each time I used it now.
The alternative of having to travel for an office visit, was not even considered an option for me.
