Quick response and easy to use interface. The attending doctor provided good information and let me know what to look out for moving forward.

I enjoyed the overall experience and efficiency of the platform.

I asked for a video call about 11am on a Wednesday. I registered on the site, requested an appointment. I heard from someone right away to confirm all the information I had just entered. Then, nothing. I finally heard from someone an hour later, and it took about another hour for a doctor to call me on the phone. No video call. Not worth $69.

I felt a bit awkward at first but it was comforting to speak with someone who really listened . Thank you!

First time using MeMD and it was very easy and quick to do!

The response time is fairly quick. The provider listened to me. Asked appropriate questions and discussed treatment options that worked best for me. I will continue to use it as a backup when I cannot get to doctor or do not feel like the trip and wait at doctor's office. This is very important during these most concerning times.

I have had 2 excellent experiences using memd, and my husband found them! Yes, my husband :)
He researched other options and found that some charge monthly fees, or have 7 day trials which at that point you have to cancel. I dont want that headache when I'm sick, or in my situation I was in transition between healthcare jobs and was w/o insurance. For myself I just want what I give to patients, honest compassionate care. That's what I received. Thank you again memd. I appreciate you.

Hello and thank you for the opportunity to review. I was disappointed in the service, and while I understand the limitations of a virtual appointment, it was less than I'd hoped. I was experiencing ear pain that I hoped to get guidance for. I was told to not get excited about it (or dismissive words to that effect), although I'd had ear pain for 3 weeks. That same day I passed out on the floor of my room and ended up in the hospital. They decided I had a severe intestinal virus, and was dehydrated, but I feel that the inner ear infection that was diagnosed a few days later was also in play. I realize your doctors and staff may be overwhelmed right now, but perhaps a few more questions would have been helpful and helped me avoid a trip to the hospital.

I had an infected cat bite that could not wait til morning to start seeking care. Instead with MeMD the prescription was waiting for me at the pharmacy when they opened!

Friendly and fast service. My Doctor was attentive and I was grateful for the consultation.

My call was returned quickly by a very caring nurse practitioner. She was able to prescribe anabiotic drops for my eye I was able to call back when I had a question.

Everyone I spoke with at MeMD was friendly and helpful. The doctor called me back, in a short time, and was able to get a prescription. The doctor was knowledgeable, and I felt like he really listened.

Wonderful experience. Highly recommend.

Very professional with appropriate medical question that quickly resolved my complaint in the very early morning hours. First time utilizing this benefit and I will definitely use it again should the need arise.

It was a quick, but very professional experience. I was able to get a prescription sent through right away and the Dr. was very nice, making sure I had all my questions answered before my phone visit was over. I will definitely use MeMD again.
