Edit 17 October - Following my initial review, this company emailed me asking me to change my review to a positive one and if I did this they would refund the money they took from me (without my permission!). I ignored this as I felt it was dishonest and I wanted to help make sure other people didn’t get tricked like I did.

However, the company has now told Trustpilot that my review is ‘fake’ and it will now be removed unless they (Mega TV Store) verify me! Why is Trustpilot letting companies do this? I can prove from my emails that this is a genuine review so come on Trustpilot, don’t let untrustworthy companies get away with removing genuine reviews!!

They signed me up without my knowledge when I made a one-off purchase on a different website that they are clearly affiliated with somehow.
I then received emails telling me I would be charged 3 days after ‘signing up’ and their customer service was evasive, unhelpful and told me the only way not to charged was to pay to end my unwanted subscription. Must be illegal surely! I’m still trying to sort it but they are insisting on email communication when the charge is due tomorrow so they’ll take that while ‘helping’ me via email instead of dealing with it on their instant chat. Appalling, stay well clear if you see Mega TV Store coming up when you make a payment on any website.

Monsieur vous êtes toujours redevable en ma faveur de la somme de 59,97euros suite à des opérations frauduleuses sur mon compte bancaire. J'ai acheté un duo de transat à 19,99euros .ce duo n’est jamais arrivé en mon domicile et de plus il a été prélevé 3 fois. À ce jour, je demande le remboursement de 59,97euros. J’espère avoir été bien claire dans ma réclamation. Cordialement mr dudant

My subscription to the Megatvstore program has been performed during a purchase done to Decathlon and was undesired.
I'm glad the unsubscription is quickly taken care of though. Thank KAI for taking care of this procedure.
