Ho fatto l’acquisto di un mobiletto postazione trucco di € 29,95 ed invece mi sono stati addebitati senza il mio consenso € 29,95, € 16,71 ed € 11,93 per una gift card che non ho assolutamente richiesto!! Mi è stato dato il rimborso di solo € 16,71 e mi è stato imposto di fare la recensione obbligatoria prima di procedere con il riaccredito degli altri due importi. Avevo avvisato che avrei dato una buona recensione a rimborsi avvenuti invece mi è stato imposto di farli prima degli altri due rimborsi che ad oggi non mi sono ancora arrivati. L’esperienza non è stata bella. Rivaluterò l’esperienza se riceverò anche gli altri due rimborsi. Spero che il team riuscirà a soddisfare un cliente che ha difficoltà economiche..non voglio prese in giro. La vita è già difficile così. Attendo la possibilità di rivalutare l’esperienza e spero questa volta, in modo positivo…

Phishing! Ze zeggen dat je een Rituals set kan bestellen voor je verjaardag voor €9,99 maar je sluit een abonnement af. Direct gemaild en dit wordt direct stopgezet als je een review schrijft, dus bij dezen gedaan. Snelle reactie in ieder geval en betaling wordt terug geboekt is beloofd dus dit zou binnen 2-7 werkdagen geregeld moeten zijn. Dank aan Jeremy, een al dan niet echt persoon van dit phishing bedrijf.

My personal experience with Aromdrop raises serious concerns about potentially misleading and fraudulent business practices.

I believed I was making a simple one-time purchase/gift card transaction. However, after completing the payment, it became clear that the website uses a very unclear subscription and billing structure that was not transparently communicated during checkout.

Shortly afterwards, my credit card company proactively contacted me because the transaction triggered fraud/suspicious activity concerns. They immediately advised protective measures and took action to prevent possible future unauthorized charges.
What alarmed me even more was the follow-up communication from Aromdrop. I was offered a refund, but at the same time I was encouraged to leave a positive Trustpilot review first in order to “close the case.” This strongly undermines the credibility of the positive reviews shown online.
Based on my experience, I strongly advise consumers to be extremely cautious before entering payment details on this website.

Warning signs I personally experienced:
- unclear subscription/payment conditions
- misleading checkout flow
- pressure connected to positive reviews
- fraud concerns raised by my credit card provider
- concerns about recurring charges

Please carefully monitor your bank and credit card statements if you have used this site. This review reflects my genuine personal experience as a customer.

Již po několikáté mi bylo z karty stržena částka 8,59 eur to je 226kč a nic jsem si neobědnal ani nic nedostal.
Na můj dotaz co to znamená mi bylo odpovězeno nesrozumitelným pro mne emailem.
Ještě dodám že tato částka mi byla stržena 20.04.2026,23.04.2026 a 7.05.2026.
Proto jsem již několikrát prosil o prověření.
Dokonce jste jednou chtěli můj telefon a nikdo mi nevolal.
Mám obavy zda nejde o podvod.

Ich hatte ein arzt termin online gebucht und die seite war fake und wollten mir irgend ein Gutschein andrehen den ich angeblich gekauft habe und trust pilot hat schnell reagiert und die Sache geklärt jetzt hab ich meine Bewertung wieder geändert weil ich wieder eine Email von aromdrop erhalten und da steht die nächste Zahlung für die Mitgliedschaft ist am 7.6.2026 und ich habe kein Abo abgeschlossen ich flip aus
