My work with elite athletes started back in 2004, as a volunteer delivering treatments to grass roots right the way through to elite paralympic athletes and swimmers. This included providing hands-on treatments in the lead up to World Championships and Paralympic Qualifying Trials for Beijing (2008), London (2012) and Rio (2016). During 2020, I provided pre- and post soft tissue and injury rehabilitation treatment to the British Basketball League team Manchester Giants during the COVID / "lock-down" season. Most recently, I’ve delivered soft tissue therapy treatment since 2017 to the GB Taekwondo and Para-Taekwondo squads in the lead up the Tokyo 2021 Olympic & Paralympic Games as well as the current Paris 2024 Games. At the same venue, the National GB Taekwondo Centre, I work alongside UEFA registered Football Coach, Wayne Richardson of Richardson Sport, providing soft tissue treatment and injury rehabilitation advice, information and support to grass roots players right the way through to elite Championship, Premiership and WSL (Women's Super League) players
