Ich habe die wasserfeste Wimperntusche gekauft, sie löst sich nicht von den Wimpern und reißt sogar einige Strähnen heraus, ich habe mich gemeldet, sie haben nach meinen Daten, Fotos des Produkts, der Notiz gefragt und sie haben mich immer wieder durcheinander gebracht

Had an adverse reaction to 24H Super Stay lip colour. It made my lips blister and then get sore and caused patches of dry skin on and around my lips.
I'm not happy with the response from customer care and the refund process is not working.
I didn't know Maybelline was a L'Oréal .
brand. I will not trust them again.

So complained about the new mascara I bought, on Facebook messenger. Very polite and professional then nothing sent pics batch no everything. So left with a mascara that is rubbish

Maybelline claim to be cruelty free however peta and all other cruelty free verification companies state that they are not as they trade in china where their products are indeed tested on animals. Very misleading and they should not be able to claim that they are.

Maybelline eraser concealer is absolutely ridiculous to get into! It is sealed so tightly that it’s almost impossible to get into it without using a nail file or sharp object. Ruined nails in the process, not pleased.

I've used Maybelline products for years and have been mostly pleased with them. Their mascaras are affordable and do a decent job of volumizing and lengthening lashes. I'm also a fan of their SuperStay matte lipsticks - the color payoff is good and they really do last all day without needing to be reapplied.

My main issue is with their foundation. I've tried several different ones hoping to find the right match, but the shades often pull too pink, orange, or dark on me. They also tend to fade and oxidize over the course of the day. I prefer foundations that stay true to color.

Overall though, you can't beat Maybelline prices and they have some real standout products. If you find the right shades, their foundations may work well for you too.

The maybelene eraser does not work despite twisting the container till fingers are sore. At £9 the product is poor value for money. A simple downward pressure on the sponge should suffice in dispensing the product so its a bad design. The two I bought are being returned to Boots unused and untried.

I've been using the pink & green bottle, mascara for over 15 years. And, something has changed! The formula over the past year & a half is different. My eyelashes are falling out. The product itself is dry & crumbling, hard to apply. I thought it was the certain bottle I purchased, possibly being old or something. But, I purchased another from, another store. I'm still getting terrible results. I will have to find a new mascara. I'm so displeased!!! I used to get compliments on my lashes. Not any more! They look crusty & I've lost too many lashes.

Will not be buying this product anymore. They claim they are animal cruelty free, they are not! And L oreal their company as well and they are the same. You guys are unbelievable!

Sono stata una vs.cliente per più di 20 anni. Ora non so se riuscirò ad esserlo ancora.
Ho usato per tutti quegli anni il fondotinta SUPER STAY 24 H. Colore Sand Sable n.30 (colore molto usato difficile da trovare) e con mio grande rammarico nella nuova versione 30 ore mi sono accorta che mentre lo spalmo si secca immediatamente. Ovviamente è meno morbido ed oleoso.
Ho provato anche quello liquido e gli altri prodotti dalla vs.Azienda, ma servono solo ad impiastrarmi il viso, ho provato anche ad aggiungere una crema al 30 ore, ma si altera completamente.
Mi chiedevo quale donna sopporta un trucco per più di 10 ore?

La smania di cambiamenti non sempre è migliorativa.

Quite simply I will never purchase your products again. You do not support women. I cannot fathom how you thought using the misogynists and fetishists currently attacking women's rights would help your sales. Huge mistake and shows there is no emotional intelligence or integrity by your CEO and other decision makers

There are so many other places to buy real makeup for real women.
