***Color shade is different now***

Bought 03 x Fitme Maybelline - Matt & Poreless Powder Foundation (color code 120) at Takashimaya Watsons, Singapore. Newly bought colour code (whiter shade) totally different from current using one.

Wrote feedback to Maybelline on 12 March 2025, no resolution to date 02 April 2025, as Maybelline needs to check internally.

Asked Maybelline to inform on the correct colour code 120 currently on sale, no response to this question. Low priced product and that have to take weeks and still no resolution.

Was so sad when i had to throw out my Sky high waterproof mascara because i used it til its last drop that i had a funeral for it
just saying this mascara 11/10!

STEFANIA AND ALINA - should not be working in Customer Service. They are the worst CS representatives I have ever had experience with. How do they still have jobs? Luckily I spoke with head office and resolved my problem (faulty eyebrow pen).

Jeg har købt læbestift superstay vinyl ink 35, og det er det værste bras ever. Den har en “smag” af H til, og er helt forfærdelig at have på. Aldrig varer derfra mere.

Soy usuaria habitual de sus productos, pero últimamente he tenido problemas con la calidad. Los dos últimos lápices de ojos Black Tattoo que he comprado (uno verde y otro negro) me han salido defectuosos: a uno se le cae la punta y el otro tiene la parte de arriba desencajada.

Ambos fueron comprados en Primor y me preocupa si ha habido algún cambio en la calidad del producto, ya que últimamente me está ocurriendo con varios de sus artículos.

He intentado, en varias ocasiones, contactar con ellos a través del formulario de contacto de su página web y está colgado. No me permite acceder.

Ik geef het stilaan op om nog producten te kopen van Maybelline. Ik ben reeds vele jaren een trouwe gebruiken, maar het irriteert me dat de producten om de zoveel tijd vervangen worden door wat nieuws, zeer vervelend als je tevreden bent van een product, o.a. fondation, mascara, eyeliner…..moet je weer op zoek naar wat anders, en de kleuren zijn dan ook weer anders ivm foundation. Ik ben dus nu alvast overgestapt voor foundation naar een ander merk. Ik gebruik voorlopig nog de eyeliner, maar ik heb ook reeds 2x meegemaakt dat hij uitgedroogd was, ook al was hij nog in de verpakking toen ik hem kocht. Dit is vroeger nooit gebeurd, raar dat ik niet de enige ben. Maybelline, heeft goede producten maar denkt minder aan de tevredenheid van de klanten. Vernieuwing is niet altijd beter.

Maybelline New York Lash Sensational - I bought two mascaras of different colors and I was disappointed. The mascara stays on my lashes for an hour and then just starts flaking off, although I didn't have this problem a few years ago, when I used this brand. The description claims that the mascara will last for 24 hours...I am disappointed

Disaster using pump action on glass bottle. The Maybelline Superstay up to 30H lumi matte foundation itself is a very good product - I was so happy to have found the right one at last - although I still have to mix shades.
I'm furious that I've destroyed a blouse for work - yes it came out in the wash but I'm not supposed to end up with splatters of make up all over myself or the walls and sink in my bathroom when pressing the pump to retrieve makeup on to my sponge when getting ready for work! I have to wear something old every time I apply makeup now to avoid my good clothes getting wrecked.
I won't be buying again unfortunately unless the glass bottles with pump action get changed, as it's happened once too many times now and I had to go cleaning again.
I was given a bottle for Christmas which will be ok to use until it is almost empty like my current one, that's when the trouble starts.
Prise off the plastic cover with pump and pour out the rest - that is what I've resorted to doing to get the rest of the make up from the bottle without having to clean down the bathroom sink and walls afterwards.
Use a dropper bottle Maybelline!!!

J ai testé le mascara Maybelline lash sensational et je suis très satisfaite du résultat. Mes cils sont plus longs plus volumineux et très légers. Sa brosse innovante est parfaite et très facile à appliquer. Il a une très bonne tenue. Son packaging est très joli. Il est très efficace. Je le recommande vivement

Hello I am someone that loves your brand and uses it alot especially your gel liner!!! But the new brush is a pain in the butt. The first few times were great, but im not half way through my liner and the brisels of my brush keep sinking into the handle of the brush. I never had this happen to me with the old brush. Just please look into it I love your eyeliner and want to keep using it

Habe einige Vinyl Lippenstifte von Maybelline gekauft die nach wenigen Wochen die Farbe verloren. Maybelline bestätigte mir, dass es sich hierbei um fehlerhafte Produkte handelte und ersetzte mir diese durch neue. Sie legten mir sogar noch eine tolle Wimperntusche und ein Eyeliner bei.

Ich kaufe seit Jahren das superstay makeup mit 30 h halt. Ich bin aus allen Wolken gefallen das das gesamte Sortiment gewechselt wurde und mit neuer Verpackung und gleich mal fast 3 Euro teurer und mit Farbnummern wieder auf den Markt geworfen wurde. Gut dachte probierst trotzdem und hab es in 2 Farbvarienten gekauft. Es deckt bei weitem nicht so gut und hat einen ekelhaften chemisch/alkoholischen Geruch. Ich finde das eine Frechheit von Maybelline und absolut kundenunfreundlich. Für mich ist das reine abzocke und die Qualität ist nicht mehr das selbe. Vorher gab es wenigstens Farbtöne nach denen man sich richten konnte in einem guten Preisverhältnis. Ich bin absolut enttäuscht 😞 und muss nun wieder mühsam nach einer Alternative suchen. Ich werde wahrscheinlich nicht mehr bei Maybelline kaufen👎

Claim they don't test on animals but do so in China...Would give 0 if I could.
End ALL animal testing like other cosmetic brands have done!!👍

I would give zero if I could. Very annoyed eye liner didn't work at all and mascara all clumpy. And no recourse to get money back

Neue Verpackung für Make up Produkte, neue Nummern, aber kein Farbton angegeben.
Sehr sehr schlecht und kundenunfreundlich.
Leider kann man keine 0 Punkte vergeben.

I paid full price for them to send me the wrong product that is unusable, likely something that they couldn't sell. I e-mailed their customer service Eric who tried to push the blame back on the customer.

Quando estes batons líquidos saíram achei o máximo! Cores maravilhosas, duração excelente, efeito vinil perfeito sem ressecar os labios! Com o passar do tempo achei que era da minha cabeça, mas não, já vi mais relato: o 35 perdeu a cor com o tempo e ficou quase transparente e o 20 e o 40 clarearam substancialmente! Ou seja, eles perdem o pigmento e não são batons assim tão baratos em Portugal ! Uma desilusão!!

I bought the Eraser multi concealer. It wouldn’t dispense into the sponge which it’s supposed to when you twist the top. Maybeline weren’t interested despite 2 emails, they asked for a receipt which I didn’t keep as I purchased it in a Sainsburys store with my groceries so didn’t think I’d need to keep the receipt. The least I would have expected was a voucher to replace it but got zero help & nothing offered to replace it. It’s not fit for purpose, I ended up having to smash the top off to use it. I’ll never buy anything by them again.

Eyeliner gekocht, in plastic verpakking, dus ongebruikt en ongeopend. Helaas was deze enorm uitgedroogd. Advies: een week op z'n kop houden.
Je koopt geen duurder product om dan dit advies te krijgen. Totaal uitgedroogd product, geen geld terug.

Ook zou het puntje erop hyper pricise zijn, nou super dik, absoluut niet.
