Easy from start to finish.

The product itself turned out great, not excellent because our pantone colors we're perfectly matched but they looked stunning. I didn't have the best customer service as I would have to email a couple time (days spread within) to get a response. Luckily the shoes came in the day before my event to gift them, but it took about 2 months total from the very first email till receiving them in the US traveling from UK.

Ordered a Newcastle United theme pair of Adidas Samba’s from here and wow what a result (compared to the result on the pitch this weekend)! I was on the verge of going with another designer but wasn’t particularly satisfied with their response and poor communication so I looked at MattB Customs next and I’m glad I did. I made an enquiry and received an email that same day explaining the process and what I needed to do next, paid for the mock up service which was excellent to see the design, made one adjustment then ready to order. Sent a payment link through to me it was so easy, took a few weeks to receive the trainers which I was kept up to date on then received my tracking number from DPD. Absolutely over the moon with how they have turned out and for sure will be making more orders. The whole process was easy to use, great communication, and even better result with the trainers.
