Quality - fantastic. Customer service - unsurpassed. This is the second purchase I’ve made from Matt. Considering this was an international sale I’m very impressed with the efficiency with which my order was handled.

Overall really poor, took ages with the designs, didn’t read the brief or follow up email… decided to write off the initial deposit and find someone who bothered to read emails

I’m told that the true measure of exceptional customer service isn’t when everything goes well, it’s how they cope and treat their customers when things don’t quite go right and I have to say that in my situation Mattbcustoms absolutely excelled themselves. A small hiccup, one very panicked prom Mum but I was provided with constant reassurance and updates that everything would be perfect…and it was. My daughter’s custom prom Campus are fabulous and she’s absolutely buzzing about wearing them. I cannot fault the customisation, the communication, the speed of answering emails, and of course, the outstanding customer service. I wouldn’t think twice about using Mattbcustoms again. Thank you for everything, you’ve made me and my girl extremely happy. I wish I knew the name of the lady with the beautiful nails that helped me but you’re one in a million! Thank you.

It was a wonderful experience, my daughter (5years old) had her stanley customised. The gent who dealt with us was so friendly and lovely and i had a very happy 5 year old.

I had been searching for the right artist to design a one off the kind trainers for a long time before I came across MattB customs. And I must say the skill, talent and care what went into the ultimate design is first class and I must say MattB customs are highly recommend to see your designs brought to life. Exceptional .

I will be honest, I wasn't going to give 5 stars because of the slow delivery which wasn't 15 days, but 30. However when I saw them I was left speechless. Exactly the design I made on my computer was on my sneakers. Just amazing work guys. I am ready for the 250th anniversary on 4th of July.

Absolutely love these trainers. The turn around was about 10 days from dropping them off at the Trafford to having them posted back but communication and updates were great. But they’re flawless. Definitely recommend having some customs made.

I took my Stanley Cup into JD in the Trafford Centre yesterday. I was served by a very pleasant girl who was knowledgeable and lovely to deal with. I didn’t really know what to have engraved onto it and she spent time showing me different Designs and Fonts. She also served another customer whilst I stood back having a think and her presentation and mannerism is a credit to your company. Very Happy Customer

If you're hesitant about ordering custom shoes internationally, MattB Customs is the way to go. They worked closely with me on the initial mockups, making sure every detail was right before moving forward. Communication was quick in spite of the time zone difference between the UK and US West coast, pricing was clear, and the shipping from the UK to the US was incredibly efficient. I couldn't be happier with the final product.

I purchased very expensive custom Jordans from MattB Customs. The leather tore after wearing them a few times. They refused to replace my shoes. Terrible quality and worse customer service. Don’t buy this over priced junk.

Great job and quick turn around. They look fantastic. I shared photos and info on the Viagra Boys band subreddit and many people are interested in getting their own customs too!
