They illegally signed me up for a “membership club” without knowing that has charged me either $64.87 or $43.24 for almost a year. It has to date scammed me out of $475.70

I ordered a pearl bracelet that was advertised as “fresh water pearls”, but what I received was completely different product that’s was plastic and very poor quality. Nothing compared to the images shown on the website. I tried contacting to enquire if they sent the wrong item or if I would be able to return and get the right product however I did not receive any response what so ever.

Scam company signed me up for a monthly membership of $43 and have written email confirmation from them saying they apologize and would cancel all future payments. Charged me again twice the following months.

The worst online shopping experience of my life. They claim fast and easy returns and it’s a lie. They make you jump through hoops just to return and even then you lose money on shipping and their restocking fee. They take forever to contact and never answer questions directly. Their sizing is not correct on shoes and the quality is very poor. I bought shoes two months ago and just now received a “partial refund” after I returned the incorrect sized shoes two days after I received them. They did not ship within the 7-12 day window they give and they show up without notice that they even shipped. This is a poorly run company who is definitely not customer oriented. Save your money.

**1 Star Review: Terrible Experience, Avoid at All Costs**

I’m extremely disappointed with my experience. I ordered from this so-called “premium” clothing company after seeing them on Instagram. They promised high-quality items and quick delivery. However, my order arrived over a month late, and that was just the start of my frustration.

I tried contacting customer support multiple times, but no one responded, which was incredibly frustrating. Finally, a month later, I received my order, but it was missing half of what I purchased. I ordered two linen shirts and a pair of pants, and only the shirts arrived – and in the wrong sizes! The quality of the shirts was nowhere near what was advertised as "premium," either. They felt cheap and poorly made.

It's now February 16th, and I’m still struggling to get any kind of assistance. I have received no help in resolving this issue, and I'm left with items that don’t fit and don’t match what I paid for. Honestly, this has been one of the worst online shopping experiences I’ve ever had. Save your money and avoid this company.

Sent me the wrong size chain and said I’d have to spend $15 for return shipping and restocking, as well as sending me the wrong chain and pendant combination AND one of the pendants I ordered didn’t even come with a chain to wear it with. Horrid customer service and even worse return policies

DO NOT order from this company! I placed one order in October/November, I was then charged for a “membership” I disputed the charge and was refunded. I explained I never agreed to a membership. Another month went by and I was charged yet again, promised a refund which never came! They strung me along until I involved my bank. I am writing this because I have once again been charged for a membership! Just received and email notifying me that my package is awaiting pick up. I have been in their site and there is no place where I can remove my payment information nor view any “membership” details. STAY AWAY!

If I could rate them a zero I would. Do not do business with this company - low quality product, misleading claims and fraudulent business practices.
1) The gold is very lightweight and smaller in size than they say it is in the description (e.g., 5mm is more like 4mm). GLD is a much better product for the money.
2) It takes 4 weeks for the product to arrive - not 1-2 like they state.
3) When the chain did not arrive by 3 weeks, I made other arrangements for my gift and notified Masion that I would be returning the chains.
4) Once I received the chains, I submitted a request for a return. It took them a week of going back and forth and re-asking the same questions, asking for detailed pictures, etc. Their goal is to make it as difficult and frustrating as possible to return the chains in the hopes I will give up.
4) After letting me know my return was approved, they took over a week to submit the refund.
5) When the refund posted to my card, they kept 25% of the purchase price with no explanation or valid cause. They will no longer respond to my emails. I am now asking my bank to help me get the $55 back.
Horrible product and horrible customer service - BIG ZERO!

Maison saw that Zotic Jewelry had a promotion for getting jewelry for 9.99. A 100 dollar by for the holiday. They advertised the same so I spent 9.99 for theirs as well. Only to find out they charged my PayPal 31.35, 64.87, 43.24, 64.87 thus far. So I told PayPal don't pay another dime and went into an investigation. They told PayPal I have a one year payment plan with them. My PayPal said they will have to pay them because I went into contract with them when I did not. Well I will let my attorney handle this scam matter.

I ordered a bracelet as a gift for someone and initially it seemed to be good quality, but broke very easily within 48 hours of gifting it. It didn't get caught on anything, just broke at the clasp. I emailed customer support almost two weeks ago hoping to return or exchange in hopes that this was a one-time defect and haven't received a response

Fu*k this piece of shit thieving company. They scam you into getting “free jewelry” and then charge you for a membership you did not sign up for.

I received great service and a good product. Their products are very unique and comparatively cheap when compared to other sellers.

Ordered a chain November, it is now February and still no chain. When I asked for a refund, they are all very nice, however no refund received. I have since asked for a refund the 2nd time, and you guessed no refund received. Also charged me for a membership fee of $59 which I did not sign up for. However I did receive a refund for that. Just stay away from this company.

The jewelry is affordable and good quality, but they charged me for a membership I don't remeber signing up for. It's my fault for not looking more carefully at the order details, but they snuck a membership into my cart. I emailed to cancel the membership before the first payment was due, and they responded saying they will cancel for me. However, they charged me the $65 membership fee TWICE 20 days later.

It’s been broken since 2 weeks after i got it. So it really doesn’t live up to the quality u like to splash on social media

The jewelry itself is not bad and the quality is reflected by the prices; however, the scam comes from 1) if ever you want to return or exchange be prepared, the process is tedious and they will not make it easy for you and 2) beware anything your cart as a "free membership" there is no indication that this is a subscription service and how much they will charge, which doubled from the first month to the second and they never responded to several emails to cancel. It took blocking them to get the charges to stop. Avoid at all cost if you ask me, they are not particularly special, there are so many other options for affordable decent looking jewelry that is of so-so quality.

BE CAREFUL WITH RETURNS - I’ve sent multiple emails to issue a return and I’ve never had a reply following the initial automated message that they’ll direct my query to the right place. I worry that it’s too late now to issue a refund due to them not replying to me even though I had emailed them to return in within the return period. I’ve potentially lost my money for this order.

Never responded about a refund after the first reply. Most of their "products" are just mass-produced and resold.

Qualty of the merchandise is good, but their return process is horrific! No online option to initiate it yourself. Must use their support line and you cannot talk to a person; their email responses are canned and repetitive. It took me 12 days and 10 emails to finally get them to send their process. Return packaging and postage and 10-15% restocking fee. I sincerely believe they want you to give up, or stall until the 30 day return policy timeline has expired. Cannot recommend their business at all!

I'm most impressed with Masion's professionalism - their staff is responsive, courteous, understanding, and polite. I accidently received the wrong necklace after I purchased from them for the first time during their Black Friday sale. I reached out via email and they responded within a day and told me I could either have a refund and have them ship out the necklace I wanted.
