This place is a joke. I ordered a pair of shoes. I paid for 7 days delivery. It took a month to get the order. The order care came and it was not what has been shown on their "website ".

DO NOT use this company! It all looks good from their nice Instagram ads, but its all for show. They send you a tracking number that never updates and is NOT coming from the US like it says their products shipping from the US are supposed to. They take about a week to respond to emails and do not try and fix the issue. HORRIBLE scam

DONT ORDER FROM THEM!! These guys are completely scammers! I ordered my stuff 1 year ago and I’ve haven’t received my orders yet. I’ve been going back and forth with them a million of times now. All bullshit excuses! LEARN FROM ME, dont EEEEEEVER buy their products. This is the worse online store I’ve ever experienced in my life! This ain’t even about the money or the products anymore. It’s how they treat people. You have no morals whatsoever. And also they asked me to removed my reviews, this is staying here forever!! And I’m going to keep writing them until they go under.

These guys are scammers. I bought £30 worth of their chains and never got them. 6 months now and they have the nerve to send me an email to confirm delivery and asking for me to review their chains!!! Complete scam

I ordered two chains. They arrived in the specified time, however they were not the chains that I ordered. I contacted customer support several times and was assured by everyone that I spoke to that the order would be corrected, one even assured me that the replacement had been shipped. It’s been three months and nothing.

This site is a COMPLETE SCAM!!
I ordered a pair of loafers they never came and Support stopped responding. Do not waste your money on this site.

If you try to do business with any of them, you will never see your money back, nor any of their "products"

Their entire company and customer service and products are complete trash! I ordered three pairs of loafers and they said they would be delivered within the week and it took almost 4 weeks to get them and they never were even close to the right size and the quality was complete garbage.

That is not even the worst part as the customer service is probably bot driven and they continually keep telling me to go back to the return guidelines which I have done a dozen times and emailed them as many times if not more and they are not giving me any resolution to the matter

I would avoid their company like the plague as they are fraudulent and everything is probably coming from China and they do not stand behind their quality or their customer service at all, and I’m going to give negative reviews on every single platform in the hopes that nobody has the same poor experience I did or lose money like I did

All, avoid! The item never arrived since 18 March, despite quoting that the delivery is made by FedEx/DHL. The tracking numbers provided are SCAM also, showing the whole world but never arrive.
The aftermarket support - ZERO! responses are once a week if you are lucky but very general and does not address the issue.

Everyone avoid this so called company they really are scammers I made the mistake of taking their false trustpilot logo and rating as being legit! I ordered some silly cheap miracle jewellery €30 5 weeks later nothing received no communication no refund like a thief in the night! Avoid at all costs and report this company to your local consumer rights organisation eventually they will be closed down!

I couldn’t agree more with everything everyone mentioned. Ordered so called suede shoes, they were not suede. Instead manmade fake garbage. The shoes arrived in a bag all bundled together with no packaging. Decided to return them and now I am getting the runaround. Takes them days to reply to your email. No phone number and stupid delay tactics. Filed a claim with PayPal. Do not do business with them. A scam.

Was easy to use, look forward to using the product.

Stole from me, repeatedly. Had to threaten GDPR for them to finally stop, hopefully.

I can only agree on all the experiences. This is the worst company ever to order from. A total scam. They have send a complete wrong inferior product. Not willing to organise to proper refund. Their support team (if they answer after numerous requests over months) with fake names "Kym" und "Nick" sending a dubious incomplete return address trying to fool customers. Keep your hands off this fraud!

Never received my order. It arrived at a so-called “shipping partner facility” and then disappeared. Contacted Masion and supposedly they shipped a replacement but the same exact thing happened again. When I requested a refund they said it is not possible because the package is already in transit. I should have read reviews before ordering from them -_-

The signed me up without consent for a monthly subscription. The company told me several times they were issuing a refund but never did. Luckily PayPal reimbursed me.

Order took incredibly long to arrive - almost two months. I returned all the items and was only issued a fraction of the cost as a refund. The customer support is terrible, I would avoid ordering from here at all costs.

They signed me up to a rewards program without my consent, charged me for it, and then recently after I canceled, charged me AGAIN! I got scammed out of $214 for their stupid rewards club all for buying $30 in jewelry. 0/5 do no buy no matter what, they deserve to go out of business.

What an absolute joke waste of time! Steer very clear from them at all costs. Ordered 2 pairs of shoes waited 2 weeks to arrive and the shoes comes without a box and completely destroyed due to transit. The return policy states 30 days from dispatch date. However, I still haven’t received the full order to make the full return. They had a deal buy 2 shoes get one free, of course the shoe I paid for arrived and the other that is free states delivered but hasn’t arrived. The shoes are no where near the quality they look on the photos and they come from China. Then they want to charge you $15 for a processing fee or 10% of the purchase (WHICH EVER IS GREATER). On top of the fee as the consumer you have to pay for the return label. This is an absolute scam sell products that you know will not sit well to the consumer then charge them money to send it back …. Making $20-$40 bucks and still get your product back. They are quite literally selling hopes and dreams. Some level of negligence and deception is at play here. Ignorance isn’t a blanket excuse to use poor practice as a business. How they are still in business is astonishing.

If I hadn’t ordered from this site previously, I’d run for the hills cause it’s screaming fraudulent.

Ordered 2 x separate items back in Feb & as March comes to a close…still nothing.

Expected 8 pieces & I’m being told my pieces are at the fulfilment centre but that was over a month ago.

The customer service reps aren’t very helpful & seem to take a reactionary approach so you’ll find yourself chasing for updates/answers.

Utterly disappointed.
