Never received the product. Wrote multiple times and got ignored.

This is a scam. It's been almost 3 months I never received my order. Do not send your money you will lose it

Do not use this company. Sizes don’t fit even following the guidelines provided.
Then they don’t refund as in china and you pay the shipping return. Finally offered me 30% refund but then didn’t actually carry it out .

I ordered a whitegold cuban link chain almost a year ago, it never got shipped, and never arrived. Customer service is slow if they even answer at all, the only answers you get are “this issue has been escalated up the chain”, standard crap corporate answers. They are Scam artists! Don’t order from them, you will loose your money!

This is the worst company I've ever did business with I paid for a tablet got a order number and a message saying they were packing my order and would let me know when it would be shipped out haven't heard anything since and they will not answer my messages but I will get a lawyer to look into this so call business

Placed my order on August 6th. It’s November 21st and they haven’t sent any kind of email other than the confirmation. I’ve emailed them multiple times and still no reply or anything. Not even looking for a refund, just send me what I payed for!

I had asked in August to cancel this order, did you no you keep sending it. I have contacted my bank and requested a fraud investigation. You have shitty business practices to send an email at 3 a.m. to confirm, and if you don't get a response, you process the order.

What made good was very good

I did not sign up for a subscription and I am unable to cancel pleas cancel this item . I do not use it.

I ordered from a place in Delaware on Oct 9th and here it is the 20th and my product is showing it was shipped to Hongkong

I did not authorise money to be removed nor did I authorise an order - I will be reporting this to the federal police if my account isn’t re emburst

It arrived on time and is working beautifully

Mason was extremely knowledgeable and professional in this field. Would definitely recommend him if you are looking to set up SMSF and the process that is involved beyond this.

So money hungry there was no confirmation of of i wanted/needed my next order shipped.

Order was placed in Dubai for 450 AED ( 123$)
since 10th July 2025 and never arrived yet until today 07th October 2025.
Multiple eamils with no response. it's never trust worthy organization.
Regret palcing order with Masion.
Pls beware yoru money could be lost as mine.

I have purchased and received products from them in the past so I decided to get more but now I haven’t received anything and it’s been a month. It’s been two weeks since their support email said they’d get back to me. Don’t buy anything from them and save yourself the hassle.
