Never received my order. Contacted the company and they never responded.

Update: still appears that there was a problem with this order and it got hung up somewhere. After posting my review here they did respond to my review, sent another email and still didn't get a response. But they did end up crediting the transaction. Disappointed still don't have the watch crystal I needed, but they did refund my money so at this point all I've lost this time.

I would consider giving them another chance in the future.

Le 7 août 2025, je passe commande sur ce site suite à une recherche Google. Quelques jours plus tard, le statut de ma commande n'évoluant pas, je contacte le SAV via le chat mais personne ne me répond, ni le jour même, ni les jours d'après. Je réitère ma démarche 2 fois de suite dans les jours qui suivent ainsi que l'expédition de 2 mails. Le 26 août 2025, je reçois enfin une réponse m'informant de l'expédition de mon colis, sans explications pour le délai, ni excuses. Je déplore un manque de transparence qui peut être pénalisant, d'autant plus, quand la commande concerne un besoin urgent pour un commerce de proximité.

Bien conseillé avant achat de barres à rivet de montre.

I ordered a month ago and haven’t received any update on my order. It was supposed to arrive within 4 to 10 days. I contacted the shop several times, through email and through the website chatbot and haven’t got a single answer. I’m very disappointed with the lack of communication and support with the costumer. I’m afraid I have lost my money without receiving the item I purchased.

Cela fais deux mois que j’ai commandé, le numéro de suivi a été créé sur la poste. Depuis plus rien. Ils ont qu’en meme pris le soin de m’envoyer deux mails pour donner mon avis. Cependant aucune réponse a mes mails. Bref une belle douille

Die Ware wurde geliefert wie bestellt, doch leider muss ich dazu sagen das es sehr sehr lange gedauert hat und erst nach der Ankündigung das ich die Bestellung stornieren wurde die Ware versendet.

I ordered on 10 th july and i still havent got them. It said 10 days bt still nothing. Very disappointed.

The shipping and tracking were a bit mysterious but the package arrived and overall it was good
