Masar  Arvostelua 

J'avais besoin de barrettes à ressort pour une montre Garmin enduro 1 - 51mm, j'ai effectué une recherche sur Google et le site Masar (1er sur la liste) proposait deux barrettes, mais il s'avère que le produit n'est pas compatible avec un bracelet QuickFit car les barrettes ont un diamètre trop important. J'ai échangé avec une personne de chez Masar (tchat et photos) et j'attends son retour.Cordialement

Après 2 commandes en 2025 qui se sont très bien passées, avec d’excellents échanges techniques par chat, la dernière commande de 2026 n’a jamais été livrée. Aucun suivi, rien. J’ai envoyé des messages partout sur les différentes entités masar et masar-shop … rien, aucun retour, aucune excuse, aucun remboursement … RAB. C’est délirant qu’on puisse se faire aussi facilement voler et escroquer … Dégouté !

Ordered. No response to emails. No tracking. No help. No goods. Bank has now been instructed to intervene. I have never dealt with such bad service in the horology business. I’m coming to Bordeaux in October. I will initiate a complaint there also

Made an order with them and got the confirmation and then nothing, and it seems like I’m not the only one. I’ve e-mailed and written on their website and still nothing. It’s been several months on an order that’s meantto take a couple of weeks.

Commande ne correspond pas trop à ma montre, nous avons du forcer pour l'adapter. de plus le fermoir s'ouvre quelque fois.

I ordered a watch bracelet from Masar, which took a long time to arrive after odering. The bracelet was advertised as suitable for a Rolex Oyster watch. The bracelet that they sent was not suitable for my Rolex Oyster watch so I contacted them on their chat line. I was told to go to their page for returning it, which I did by post. They did not collet it from the post office and today I received it back, returned to me at my expense. For this experience I would give less than one star if could, and hope others would not have the same experience that I have had. Now I am stuck with a bracelet that is of no used to me. And because I had to pay return postage for nothing I am definitely not happy with them!!!!

The mesh strap is beautiful and well crafted, the delivery was prompt. I do recommend and if / when I need to replace another watch strap I definitely will be buying it from Masar

Die Qualität des Armbandes verdient 5 Sterne! Der Kundendient ist schlecht. Trotz mehrfacher Nachfrage keine Anntwort. Lieferzeit für ein verfügbares Teil von 3 Wochen ist zu lang
