SO FRUSTRATING!!!
Dealing with this company is so frustrating.
My order arrived after 3 weeks instead of the time stated on their website. The dresses didn’t fit as the sizing was off. I have been asking for return details so I can get a full refund and they keep stalling me by offering discounts off further purchases. They now only sell shoes!!!
There emails seem very automated and I am not getting anywhere. They state 30 days for return, and at this rate that time will lapse.
DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS WEBSITE!!!

This is the worst customer experience I have ever had. I purchased an item, which when I received it I wanted to return as it was of poor quality. I have sent over 6 emails to customer services, who keep responding with an offer to exchange in spite of my request to provide instructions for refund. I am unable to reach anyone on customer services to resolve the issue. Their systems are set up so as to prevent refunds it seems. Terrible.

I ordered a Violet romantic Tie dye dress described as chiffon flowing what arrived was anything but I contacted the company and sent pictures they told me it was the right product shipped which it is not the dress is some sort of nylon not chiffon very different to the website pictures and description DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. They take your money and don’t deliver. When you ask about delivery they can’t tell you. DO NOT BUY from this company unless you want to see your money disappear without a trace.

Very nice collections for men aswell as for woman and it was easy to find so it was not as hard with this website

Bought a really nice pair off pants here on this website for a very nice price so it was a very nice and blessed experience

Ngl I was kind of skeptic at first but they approved me wrong. The material is soft and comfortable. I would love to see more oversized styles in the future.

I bought an outfit and I’m actually obsessed with the fits. It feels very comfortably and the fabric is very high-quality for the price.. I just wish they had it in more colours tbh💯

We bough 5 pairs of loafers for my friends upcoming wedding. They arrived well and we are ready to dominate the scene in our matching fits hahah
