Marks And-spencer Arvostelua 

Ordered basket of flowers for £35.00. Should have been really nice, but arrived over one week late, was delivered to wrong address and the box had obviously been very roughly handled as contents was completely destroyed. Managed to get refund of money spent, but this didn't compensate for disappointment or inconvenience.

Ordered my Xmas meat and arranged click and collect weeks ago. I arrive and find the main dry aged roast beef substituted. WHAT IS THE POINT ORDERING EARLY IF YOU DONT GET WHAT YOU ORDER. Shame on you. Not doing it again. Wasn’t cheap either

Mark’s & Spencers delivery sent to wrong address but never mind Hermes delivery service were kind enough to send me a nice photo of them leaving it on someone else door step adjacent to the main road.
Rang customer service to be dumped on several occasions after a 20 Mins wait time, then told it was my fault by rude advisor. My PayPal confirmation clearly states address details.
Marks and Spencer's have refused to refund even suggested my bank card had the wrong address!! Clearly a case of computer says NO.
Very upsetting to witness such an iconic brand sinking through there own incompetence.

Don’t order in store!

My husband bought a suit and ordered and paid for a second in our local store. The next day he received an email informing him that the order had been cancelled because they couldn’t find evidence of payment. He has two receipts but no way of proving that he didn’t leave the store with two suits. Despite countless calls to customer services and visits to the store he has lost £250

There was no option to give no stars . The gastropub shredded duck croquettes is among the worst dishes I have ever tasted: totally bland, tasteless and uninteresting. Truly terrible.

Very poor customer service. Don't use their online service. Delivery sent to wrong address twice, very hard to get answers over the phone.

I purchased 3 microwave plastic saucepans in June 2020, I have used them for years, but not M and S.,
I thought the may be better, than cheaper ones. not so , one cracked , after a short while, I didn`t understand, how this could have happened, so i put it in the bin.
When a 2nd one cracked, I realized it was a manufacturing fault, got in touch with M and S,and sent them photos, but they just keep moving the goal posts, no refund after WEEKS of correspondence,
Very disappointed with them as company

Ordered 3 double beds in September, been delayed twice and not once has the company phoned me to let me know. This is not the M&S I know. Stay clear of this company. Shocking behaviour on customer services and good luck trying to speak to a manager.

As Marks and Spencer Account and Sparks loyalty card holder, I obviously shop quite frequently in Marks and Spencer's (Edinburgh, Princes Street store). I have difficulty walking - I use a stick, have hearing difficulties as well wearing as glasses. As you can imagine, including a mask in this "recipe" can make life very difficult indeed. I always explain and "apologise" for taking up extra time and I have previously found the (mainly) female staff to be extremely kind and very helpful. Unfortunately, my experience yesterday - 12th November - was, sadly, completely different. As the checkout, I was very tired and my glasses were badly steamed up (from the mask) and I was in need of some extra help for my newly (1 hour previously) installed M and S App my phone. The young man serving me could not have been LESS helpful and was obviously extremely 'bored" by the whole thing. Almost every request for help was greeted with a shrug of his shoulders, a scowl and an " I don't know" response. He really made me feel as if I was a total nuisance and that he would wish me to be anywhere else but there. As a result of his attitude, everything was taking much longer than was necessary. Unknown to me, a small queue (4 people) had built up behind me and I was treated to their annoyed glances as I departed (not their fault). It was a VERY unpleasant and embarrassing experience. It will be a long time before I leave myself open to similar treatment. Marks and Spencer have just lost a very loyal customer and I have already recounted this story to several friends and will continue to do so.

Shocking service. Paid for an e-voucher but never received it. Sent an email to complain and 5 weeks later still haven't heard anything!

I went to M & S food store in Banstead to collect a parcel ordered online. I intended to pick up some shopping while there. Member of staff wearing face mask below her nose. Needless to say I did not shop, took my delivery and left. M & S you lost a customer as I won’t be going back there. Please check your staff are not flouting rules, lives depend on this.

I purchased Venison Sausages on the packaging claiming to be from M&S select farms. In reality they were produced in New Zealand and the fine print on the reverse side ingredients contained BEEF FAT 22%, Disgusted my house stank with a burning fat smell, I threw everything in the bin. We buying Venison sausages for the lean meat. I have also noticed a fall in quality in other products, if M&S continued they will have NO customers

This is a company who’s overpaid Managers and marketeeers should be shot.
Their complete lack of customer empathy and insight tolls the bell for this once iconic retailer.
Menswear - I’d say the majority of male customers actually like a chip but now in stead of regular shirts you can get slim skinny and tailored fit ... if they think the youngsters use this store they are to be sorely disappointed and not even granny would buy stuff for the kids here.

Pay back all your bonuses and overinflated wages as you have collectively ruined what was put into your hands to care for.

Be warned if you are purchasing gifts for Christmas on line and request gift receipt, you will not get them. They just send the order and say it includes gifts. I spoke with customer service and was told to take my purchase back to the shop and ask the manager if he could give individual receipts. Really if I had wanted to purchase in the shop then I would have and plus they never have the sizes. If taken back after Xmas you will get the amount that they are selling most probably less than I purchased them for. Very disappointed m&s especially with the pandemic and people using online shopping more.
Will not purchase on line again.

Just collected a parcel a pair of pyjamas with the bottoms missing!! Surely a pair says it all! Really not impressed and also really hard to speak to anyone! A dissatisfied customer!!
