I wanted the lamb or duck but both were sold out, I was disappointed but chose the pulled beef parcel, we had a side of asparagus, prawn cocktail to start, red wine and strawberries for dessert, chocolates too. The beef parcel did not disappoint, packed with filling and very tasty, the pastry cooked beautifully. The asparagus was delicious and a nice sized portion. Yet to eat the prawn cocktail but we had the chocolates with a cup of tea later in the evening...again delicious.

Just had the most fantastic lock down valentines dinner care of M and S dine in for 2. Amazing food, simple prep and excellent value. Thank you soooo much M and S.

On Saturday 13th Feb I visited M&S High Street store in Ayr. At the checkout my sales Assistant Marjorie scanned my items, checked my sparks card for offers and packed my shopping. She was very helpful and pleasant. Thank you.

Just had valentine's meal DON'T BOTHER soooooo bad everything was in date on the packaging but food was obviously out of date they are just getting rid of old stock taking advantage knowing people want to treat there partners on valentine's day. Very dissatisfied and disappointed.

Just switched my energy account to Octopus via Marks & Spencer Energy. Spoke to Peter who provided all the information I needed to assess the benefit of the switch. The call was quickly and efficiently.

Test again an truly awful corporate company that treats their customers with utter contempt.look at their scam with returns hardly anyone ever receives their money back.I took an item back to their food store and received a tracking number .3 weeks on and still no refund and the tracking information has never been updated .so they get to keep your item no refund and then sell it again . But nothing ever gets done because this just goes on and on for years no regulation nothing .they just hope that you spit your dummy out and go away .not me though I am in the process of taking them through the small claims court even though it costs me money there is a principal at stake .m and s hang your heads in shame .

They have built several brick walls and no way can you get to them!!!
I have tried and it’s taken loads of time. Found an email address where I thought I could contact them with my complaint , but no!!!! It just whacked me into a website called “Resolver” They have just contacted me to say they don’t asnswer emails !!!!! WHAT!!!!!!
I used to love M&S. Now I just hope they get what they deserve. And I am a flipping share holder

Bought a gastropub M&S 2 Scottish Salmon En Croutes. I was tempted by the picture on the front of the packaging of large chunks of salmon in a lattice pastry, but nothing could be further from reality. The salmon was not a salmon fillet as indicated on the picture but a minced up mush that was difficult to identify as salmon at all in taste or appearance, and to think this item was £8 is disgusting and may I say a con. M&S get your act together and be honest with your customers

Finally got to buy some clothes for my children after 3rd attempt- as soon as I got to checkout one of the items I had selected was unavailable/sold out. Had to go and replace with something else similar- again sold out after I had entered all the details- again found something else, again sold out and had to re-enter details- Get the picture? Not fun. Quicker and less stressful to wait for lock down to finish and then drive to a store. Really disappointing and worrying as we won't see this briliant british staple surviving for much longer if they can't anticipate their new customers needs and buying habits

high Wycombe m and s food out off date crips 2 days out off date and chicken out off date not the first time but 4 times in the last year get your 14 kids working there to do stock revive but on there stupid mobiles the manager should be sacked won't be going back there again rude staff hope u go into bankruptcy the manager need to be sacked it was a Really good store but gone done hill in the last 2 years off to watroes nice friendly staff and fresh food

M&S is my favorite shop! I love it and I am so glad that I can find it in Brno.The food is amazing of course not fresh like in Prague! We had M&S in Slovakia but it is not there anymore. But in Brno I can find my favourite products if it is food or clothes.

Flowers bought as a gift were not up to M&S usual standard, contact their customer service team (Bianca England) who was polite, pleasant, cheerful, very helpful and empathetic, issue resolved and flowers replaced once again excellent service from M&S

I returned 2 two items from a multi-item online order on 10th October, one had a hole in the seam, the other was a virtually see-through jumper. It is now over 3 months and they acknowledge receipt of the item but I still haven't a refund despite many emails and trying the "Chat" function where they left part way through with no explanation.

Marks and Spencer are cutting down on the meat inside their sausage rolls. The meat inside is tiny. What a rip off.

Order a orchid or next day delivery, £35, it didn’t arrive.I spent over two hours trying to contact somebody, once I had a ‘chat’ with somebody from Asia I think and she kindly cut me off as she could see they were in the wrong. Managed to speak to a human early the next day who gave me a refund of £8.75 and was assured plant would arrive that day. It arrived with most of the compost loose in the box along with majority of flower heads. I wasn’t going to put myself through the stress of contacting them again. Yesterday I was sent an e Mail to review my purchase. I was truthful and did they publish it,of course not. Will never buy from this company again after nearly sixty years as a customer. I know they won’t read this but it may stop others buying plants from them.

Ordered some glass Christmas baubles and paid extra for fast delivery. They did come fast but they came by Hermes and there was a hole the size of my thigh in the box. It was wrapped really badly inside as well and a coincidence that nothing broke. Won't be using Marks and Spencer again as long as they use Hermes.

I ordered a ladies jumper online on Christmas Eve and the order was confirmed and paid for. I chose to collect it from a local M&S foodhall. 13 days later (the day I was due to collect it) I recieved an email saying the order was cancelled, no reason given other than the item was unavailable! When I rang customer service to ask what the problem was I was told she was putting me through to someone else yet I was put back onto the main switchboard and had to go through all the options again and explain. I had ordered the jumper on the first day of the online sale so it is disgraceful that the order is not honoured. In the end M&S gave me a small e-voucher for my inconvenience. What is the point of ordering online in the first day of a sale when there should be plenty of stock?

I bought my two daughters some gym crops
From marks spencers. Sent to them tAustralia. Both daughters said cut too small for the size.and one leg wider than the other.
I am very disapointed.the quality isnt good anymore.wont be buying them gifts from marks anymore

Have been on hold now for1 hour 10 minutes to complain about bad Christmas food order , no issue ever until this year but they demand top money but supplied a bad service and now can’t get to complain
