Ordered a uniform from the school shop, order uarrived in a timely fashion, but the uniform sent was completely the wrong size.
Rang M &S , where informed I may have to hold on for up to 30 mins to speak with someone, 30 minutes! Currently, it’s been 24 minutes, so much so that the music has done a full loop back to the beginning- twice!! Rubbish customer service

Be WARNED
If you order furniture - BE WARNED AND SURE that your order will either: Not get delivered on the day you suppose to receive it or, You would only receive part of your order, then maybe after further three months, maybe then you get !!
Customer service dose not exist, if after hours of calling, trying and waiting on the phone and writing endless emails that you never receive a reply for, mangers are arrogant and hopeless.
Shame to see M&S going down hill and hell as it has gone .
Advice from the heart: Save your breath and money - go somewhere else, it is the worst purchase experience I have ever had in my life in the UK.

Kinda expensive for what you get. Good service. Been going since I was little so it is kinda just a shop I like because of that. Stuff is good. Trolley worker Chris is kind and a great person to talk to.

Just had a wonderful shopping experience at m and s Letterkenny. It was all down to their wonderful manager Mr Ciaran Kelly. He was so helpful, kind and friendly. It is wonderful to see that our large stores appreciate their staff and have time to look after their customers. That’s one of the many reasons why I continue to shop at m and s. Keep up the good work!!!

I bought cherries for £4.99 and they are not sweet as they advertise on tv. They were sour, waste of my money

Bought clothing online, needed to return 2 items so returned to store, where they asked for receipt I told them it was not in parcel they said it is sent electronic that I should of printed it or have it on my mobile. Well mands not everyone has a printer or mobile phone. I felt embarrassed at tiipoint while assistant discussing with colleague about my refund.I did eventually get it they scanned code on delivery bag what a nightmare not good customer experience.

Ordered some flowers for my daughter to say thank you for help while I had a back injury
The flowers arrived looking very sad and droopy and no card with the message I had included.
I had put my trust in M&S, never again for flowers! Upon email complaint I was offered a refund, but no Appology. This did not suffice as it had ruined my point of saying thank you to my daughter.

I'm furious,as had I not by chance asked if she enjoyed chocolates I would never have known she never had them.

I've used them before with no problem,but customer service tried to say someone pinched them!!!!!

They are supposed to be so good,and they are bloody expensive,for very poor service.

I literally can't believe I'm writing this as previously customer service with m&s has been superb. I ordered a sofa, everything went smoothly and the sofa is lovely but goodness the supplied bounce back cushions are so uncomfortable, obviously as this was ordered in lockdown I took a gamble but as this was my 3rd m&s sofa I know the quality is good. So I had 14 days to accept the sofa so I went well out of town to do some seat testing, the lady in store gave me a number to ring as she couldn't ! The number was literally impossible to connect so in the meantime the automated message have an email address so I wrote to that, eventually after 3 days I made contact but only because I held the line for 30mins at my expense, she couldn't help and told me to call the furniture department. So eventually I made contact to be told I was now a day over cut of date and couldn't return the seatpads, very scripted and no empathy to the difficulties in speaking to the right person. Pillar to post springs to mind and zero customer care/ services. I appreciate times are difficult with staffing which is why a bit of give and take is needed, I am tempted to send the whole thing back now as there is a flaw in the material that i accepted as it isn't in view . Very disappointed in a company I've always trusted

Today my mother and I shopped in your Torquay branch, specifically the underwear dept. We booked a time slot, and was greeted by a lovely lady called Hannah. Straight away she put my mum at ease, and went above and beyond to help fit my mum out correctly with new bras. My mum is a very poorly lady and Hannah did not rush her at all. So a huge thank you to her and her team for being so lovely and kind. I hope this message will be passed to the right person. Thank you so much Torquay team.

I spent considerable time choosing items online and was able to add to basket. However, when I got to checkout a message popped up saying BOTH items were out of stock! A very disappointing and time-wasting experience. M&S technology should be better than this. It has put me off shopping with them. I don't want to spend time selecting items only then to be told I can't buy them!

I went into the Romford store within 5 minutes of being in the food hall I noticed 10 people without masks there was no one on the door checking I rang head office and spoke to josh in customer services I felt he did not take my concern seriously and did not bother calling me back I really did expect better service from such a big store

I am a petite size - I am totally fed up with this company- I get loads of emails asking me to check out the latest dress etc problem- not in petite- only 2 dresses as opposed to loads in kids and usual women’s sizes. Cardigans- same one for last 2 years-
and why are all the models so tall - not a true reflection- other issue - all the trousers are put on line in all the colours available- looks like more choice when there isn’t- love some of the tops the really tall models wear - unfortunately these are not on sale - not Avalon petite. Have started shopping elsewhere.

Simple question... Do marks and spencers sell mens suits in Inverness branch. Googled M&S Inverness and pressed the call button. After lots of robots/questions and twenty minutes I finally get a human response from a lady from the Indian continent whom I did not understand. To be fair she did not understand me either when I asked her did the Inverness branch of marks and spencers sell mens suits. It's such a complicated question I empathise with her. Then she asked me for a code??? What code I asked. Maybe I've misdialled and called mi6 by mistake. Anyway I gave up after much frustration then my wife tried to no avail. Get your automated phone system sorted marks and Spencer it costing you money as ive shopped elsewhere.
