Marks and Spencer on line and in store both great help.
I purchased some comfortable black high underbra sinchers from sparks. Usally I go for a 14 or 16 but I need to be comfortable so I read all the reviews about the sinchers to find better size up. So I purchased a size 18 and they stay up look great and feel soft

We shopped today in the Grantham branch of M&S, and the lady on the checkout was incredibly helpful and pleasant. Her name is Paula, and she really went out of her way to make our shopping experience better... she should be congratulated, as service like this is not as commonplace as it should be.

What has happened M&S, ordering food online used to be great you had so much choice before and now when you go on there website they are using another company for this, awful, and so disappointing, gone are the days of the party food and great selection. Such a shame will be going elsewhere and will be so much cheaper.

Waited 9 weeks for a garden table to be delivered.....half a table delivered. Phone lines impossible, webchats- can't do furniture, emails take the statutory 2 days to get a response. Really disappointed with M&S. Customer service dreadful

Customer service now sadly non existent, simply impossible to contact by phone or E Mail.

So disappointed with delivery and service of a mattress now trying to confirm refunded card to call centre been waiting over 30mins awful - really has mad be think to shop again

Rang the call centre twice regarding a postcode error on a flower order for my aunties 80th birthday, amended it with DPD then they said they would be delivered the next day , the first man I spoke to appeared distracted then put the phone down. I then spoke to a lady who told me there was absolutely nothing she could do and 'I'd have to wait and see if the flowers I had ordered were alive or not!' She tutted and sighed throughout the call then she put the phone down too.

Marks customer service is completely useless they have failed to deal with my complaint and have been no help what so ever seems like they don't care whether you purchase something from them or not.Sadly Marks is no where near as good as it use to be!

Was in silverburn food Hall on 14/06/2021. I have a broken wrist and some of my items were too heavy for me to lift. My assistant Dorothy was very helpful with my predicament

Appalling customer service. I have been trying to obtain a refund on goods I ordered on line, which I returned back in December last year (it is now mid-May). I've lost count of the number of 'chats', calls and emails I have made all to no avail. I am still nearly £90 short. I wish I had read these reviews before purchasing, but then, I expected better from M&S.

My Mum bought me a gift from the new menopausal range because I’ve got induced menopause due to cancer.
The courier company left the package behind my outside bin on Saturday but didn’t leave a card advising me. I didn’t discover the package until Wednesday bin day. We’d had torrential rain for the past few days and the box was sodden and collapsed. The packaging of the items were water damaged.
Mum contacted M&S and they apologized straight away and sent replacement items that day free of charge, along with a £10 gift card!
That’s how you do customer service and that’s why my Mum and I love M&S.

We have a Sparks card which my wife and I share. The thousands of points racked up over the years have been of zero use as there is no way we would ever go through logging in, remembering a password and seeing what deals they had that week.

Now they appear to have updated the system to be even more useless.You get "little treats"- or not- and a very low chance of getting some big deal.

Useless and clearly ridiculous compared to every other store points system. No wonder many of us no longer shop there other than for the occasional small food purchase.

With every shop at stores we use regularly we get points which immediately count for money off all future purchases. No hassle, no log-ins, no passwords, no total claptrap.

I was going to buy a suit on Monday at M and S but without any chance of getting a points reward they can forget it.

The M and S management would have trouble running a bath - even their site for giving feedback didn't work well as after a few seconds you could not go back to correct spelling errors and keyboard errors.

This is a great pity as we want M and S to thrive - we have lost too many other stores already.

I went to M&S Handforth. I was not allowed to try anything on but told I had to make a fitting appointment. The person dealing with me didn't listen to anything I was saying however she did finally make the appointment. As soon as she had done that she started walking away trying to get rid of me as soon as she could again totally ignoring me like I was no longer there. If this is your attitude M&S I cancelled that appointment and you have lost a customer for good. I went somewhere else and got what I wanted straight away and with a 100% better service.

Mark's and spencer grocery Patrick street cork worst shop ever they won't reduce there stock until 545 and staff interfering telling other staff not to give customers reduced stuff to much off when there supposed to be lower than what there selling them at

I recently went to Mark's and Spencer's in Tamworth for a bra fitting. Long overdue because of Covid !
I was served by a lovely lady called Kathryn . She was very welcoming , gave me time , and made me feel very comfortable in what can be an embarrassing situation . She also helped me select some new knickers!

I was delighted with the service and will request Kathryn for my next bra fitting .

All items very comfortable and successful !

I ordered some flowers for my daughters birthday on 24/04/2021 for delivery on 29/04/2021. Having heard nothing I contacted the call centre as the order was showing “awaiting dispatch” which concerned me. I was told the flowers were out of stock and would not be delivered. If I hadn’t rung nobody would have called me to let me know. They offered delivery on another day however my daughters birthday is today not on another day. Very upsetting and terrible customer service .. I better get to the shops then 😡

There are no words to describe the absolute diabolical service I received from M & S after purchasing a piece of furniture that I need to return due to faults etc , no words ....the service is so bad that I genuinely think I have purchased from a scam M & S site !! Beware!

Today I telephoned to chase a refund which was two months overdue. I was told by a very rude and unhelpful man that although he could see on his system that my return had been received in their warehouse, he couldn't refund unless I gave him my parcel tracking number. I couldn't believe this - they wanted proof of a return although he could see the return had been received in their warehouse. I asked why and he replied that it was M&S policy. I also enquired about why I had been charged £132.50 for an order totaling £119.04. He said that I had ordered 10 items when my order summary clearly states that I had order 9 items and I had received 9 items within the parcel. Be warned and double check your payment as it may not correspond with your order summary. I can't convey how disappointed and upset I am with M&S and I have been shopping with M&S for 25 years or more. Very unlikely to shop again now.

Most retailers are beginning to realise that consumers do not want to eat farmed salmon yet M&S are actively promoting this product in TV ads!!!
I ask all M&S customers to read the reports about the harm that fish farms do to our environment and urge them to write to M&S to ask them to stop stocking this product. Please M&S do not destroy your reputation as a purveyor of fine quality foods for the sake of short term profits. Thank you

Having (my wife and I) been M&S customers for over 50 yrs, we will NEVER shop there again.

We had two Christmas (presents) jumpers to return @ just under £40. Yes it is late but we were restricted to a 5 mile zone ie C19. It was pointed out in the small print of the receipt that we could have sent them back. However, as they were presents we did not at the time have the receipts and waited until the restriction was lifted before asking our daughter for it

Anyway the long and short of it is - we will give you £1.87p per jumper. That is a scandalous abuse of customer trust.

You have conned us on these items and lost customers for ever and a day - hardly surprising that M&S clothing sales is going down year on year.........Bye.
