Awful online service! I had 2 orders cancelled by M&S in the last 2 weeks after chasing for days asking where my items were. Eventually, in each case, they told me the items (clothing items) got ‘damaged’ in transit (not sure how that can happen to clothes) and they can send me replacements which I was looking forward to. Two days later they just cancelled my orders altogether against my will and said the items were no longer in stock which was a lie as the items never went out of stock. Absolutely shocking service, they absolutely don’t care, I got lucky with a few of my orders in the past and received them but lately you can’t rely on them and that’s really such a shame. Can’t trust them, won’t order again as it’s upsetting to see something you really want and not to be able to receive it, I would not recommend.

I visited the menswear department at your High Street Kensington today and was astonished not to find a single member of your staff on the shop floor to help me apart from 1 gentleman at the cashier point. This is not doing your reputation and good whats so ever.

If I could give it no star at all I would.
I visited M&S cafe Coventry with my children today and we ordered some food. One of my children was eating something purchased elsewhere. When the garçon came to serve, she raised her voice with an angry look, mentioning that we could not eat the food there. All costumers were looking at us and it looked as if we had committed a crime. The way she approached us was very racist. If it was an English person, she would not have dared to speak the way she did.
After visiting M&S for over 16 years, the behaviour of the garçon has put me off visiting or purchasing from that shop ever again.

Bought some flowers for friends birthdays . They didn’t even have a bag big enough to fit the bouquet but still charged 10p each for them. Will not be buying flowers from them again 😏

Ordered flowers from this company, oh Juses and there wee donkey what a bloody disappointing experience. It was to say thank you for a friend, but when we had a email to say your order is being delivered. Ho dear, what went wrong the right name to the wrong address. It was never going to the friend or even to as. So I thought I would ring customer service ( that was a bloody joke ). I would strongly recommend not to order from this company ( marks and Spencer’s ) this is the second time we have had an experience like this where flowers have turned up late and where dead.

I visited the revamped M & S food store in London Colney, Herts. Store looks good and there is a small cafe area. I always find it difficult to understand why you would create such a good look store yet leave the new cafe area full of rubbish. When I asked a staff member is was shrug and there is staff sickness. They did after a time clear the area and empty the bin. As said waste money to leave a littered, unclean cafe area? Perhaps the rate of pay needs to increase if no staff.

Data protection breach - please be aware that bank account details are being sought via a link issued by M&S to process refunds for Christmas food orders. When I eventually go to an agent (and they make it impossible to do so) I was advised that no such email had issued from them. Email addresses and information have been leaked/breached

The worst pizza and sides I’ve ever had bland and tasteless as were the onion rings and beef side

I joined the M&S club rewards credit card. The offer is great. I can’t access the M&S bank App, even after 2 advisers and almost an hour on the phone to set it up. Then I was told I needed a new card. Long story, no PIN, but I was told the App would be up and running for me by Sunday. It wasn’t. No support in store ( bank removed from store). I had another very long wait (30minutes) to close the account.

Contacted customer service over 3 weeks ago, regarding a duplicate payment taken, no response and every time I call or email basically fobbed off. I am disgusted at what I thought was a reputable company. When I asked what the complaints procedure was, I was told they don’t have one!! Will be contacting the Ombudsman.

I am currently in M&S cafe in Belfast City centre. I come in usually once a week as I love there columbian coffee. The staff are great, the cake is great and the iced coffee is great, the problem is that there is only one person behind the till, they are run off their feet. I can relate as I used to work in one of their cafes years ago and nothing changes. I feel sorry for the staff under pressure, people in the queue muttering about waiting. Managers please try and be nice to your staff give them help, they work hard enough. This really upsets me as it does put me off going in. It is a let down compared to everything else.

King Prawn Alfredo. This is the worst ready meal ever. Pasta in a watery milk sauce with about 7 chewy, tasteless pink lumps. It doesn’t have the fresh herbs shown on the packet which make it look appealing. The lasagne, macaroni cheese are all good. The KPA is rubbish in my humble opinion.

I signed up for a Sparks card a few months ago and as a loyalty card it's very poor.
Unlike other people I only seem to get one offer at a time and the offers aren't good.
At the moment I've got one offer and it's for online plants.
I've never bought plants online and don't intend to.
I signed up as I assumed there would be good offers, but there is no incentive for me personally to use it.
Apart from that, I find M&S still to sell good quality clothing at decent prices.

I bought some gluten free crumpets from M@S and they were the worst crumpets by a long way. Very stodgy. The way I made them more edible was to cut them in half through the thickness. Will not be buying again.

I ordered flowers for my friends 70th Birthday, I put the order in a few days in advance.
The flowers turned up at 18.58pm and were left in a 'safe place' indicating my friend was out at her party.
I have ordered flowers in the past from M & S, they were ALWAYS delivered in the morning, normally by 10.00 am.
This order was apparently not put up until 4.00pm!!!!!!!! The idea of ordering early was to make sure it was an early delivery.
The operator on customer services(?) started quoting their terms and conditions which really made my anger rise, who reads all terms and conditions before ordering.
I will never use M & S again, flowers need to be delivered on the morning, not night time when the event is virtually over.
I am disgusted by the lack of commonsense, by their uncaring attitude, M & S are not the company of the past, easy to see why these companies lose custom and close down.

Butter chicken inedible, tough dry grissle. It was the same a few weeks earlier, but thought it was just a one off! Seems as though m and s food has gone downhill fast..no obvious place for email complaints on their website either.Must be scared of being inundated.

Marks & Spencer‘s on Edgeware Road I’ve truly gone downhill it’s not very disabled friendly with things in the way all the time where you have to go to Waitrose to do your shopping for the stuff that you’ve always been buying in marks this is not on not only that the security guard with glasses coughing over people not covering his mouth when coughing all the time he should be wearing a mask and covering his mouth it’s disgusting I find it very hard being disabled in a mobility scooter to get to parts of the store because of a big table in the middle and stuff on the corners so we can’t turn round into that aisle where I’m forced to reverse back and leave the store and go to Waitrose where I can freely just go around and buy things where I struggle to get down the aisles in Marks & Spencer‘s with things blocking in the way I have shopped in the store for nearly 30 years it’s got worse truly worse I’ve spoken to management about this they do nothing they are losing a lot of customers in Marks & Spencer is this we know and they’re going back to Waitrose or to Aldi further up the street it’s a shame Marks & Spencer don’t leave that room to get buying your mobility scooter I may stop shopping in the store because he’s not worth the hassle getting my mobility scooters scratched by things in the way which cost money to replace and the store wouldn’t care besides that I’ve had food poisoning from the store three times in the last eight years and every time it’s been soup the fresh soups and they’ve done nothing about it not even said sorry but this door has really gone downhill it’s not like it used to be I’m not the manager is a nice man but put in this big table in the way in the food aisle is ridiculous it’s stopped me from shopping and I don’t like that but I want to say the staff on check out on the food side are truly amazing and helpful we all have our favourites that help you and one of the guys and Katie are the most helpful in the store but I have now started to go back to Waitrose’s as been disabled in a scooter and cannot get around the this store food section cause things stuck on tbt corner stopping you getting to that food isle and a table in the middle of the food isle is stupid this store as turned to greed more than customers service I told management about this and nothing as ever been done they truly don’t care at all not only that this year alone I have bought salmon there in bags three times only to be out of date everything must be checked and as I said I have had food poisoning three times in the last eight years and it’s all cause of the fresh soups I have never once had this with waitrose soups but Edgware Road store Paddington as truly gone down hill with a lot of things there big oranges with four in a bag in most bags one of them you will see are rotten inside you can tell as they are so soft and mould comes on them within days even if it runs out five days later The quality of food in the store has truly gone downhill from very soft peppers as well it’s not on I’m starting to get better quality vegetables and fruit at Aldi just further up the street for a quarter of the price and last longer a lot longer

Wanted to order online and would not let me go through check out, tried several times but just kept going round in circles. Eventually rang got a young man tried to explain what had happened and he deliberately cut me off. Rang again and the girl also could not get the order through she said she would but me on to another colleague, after a ten-minute wait she said there was a fault and I would have to try later.
Not the sort of experience I would expect from Marks @ Spencer

First, I received my dress ( Embroidered V-Neck Maxi) like another reviewer it looked as if someone had cleaned the floor with the bottom of it, it was absolutely filthy and not by just a couple of centimetres, the entire bottom up to 6 inches was black. How this passed any sort of QC is beyond me and frankly a disgrace. On washing it has come out but it’s not the point. Otherwise this is a lovely dress and far too good to be used for a beach coverup I will be wearing mine on an evening on holiday. If you wear nude underware you don’t need a slip but a bright contrasting coloured slip underneath will look great and give it an alternative look. Had I not received this dress in such a disgusting condition I would have given 5 stars. Marks and Spencer have refused to post my review on their website because it didn’t meet all their website guidelines as in their view it is shipping or fulfilment focused. I consider my review which is unchanged here, to be balanced and feel like they are trying to gag my real review experience and limit any negative feedback on service/shipping and as that is part of the overarching product and shopping experience one has to question why, more focus needs to go into their QC and overarching customer experience. On this occasion my experience was dreadful.

Had to give one star to be able to post, minus 6 stars would be correct, the website is useless, chocolate fireguard and ashtray on a motorcycle spring to mind, try and order from your local store for click and collect it's impossible, keeps asking choose a store, other probs which would take all day to explain, needless to say will not be attempting to order from m & s again life is too short !!!!.
