I always use marketplace.tf because its cheaper, faster, way more reliable and its easy to navigate, the selection system is good, the filters are great and the settings are easy as can be! the only downside is selling is very controlled so if you are under 18 (which i was when i first found it) it is really good at stopping you from selling stuff. but i just use sk*npo*t to sell. ;)

Fast delivery and super safe buying experience. I have never had an issue receiving my items and the items are cheaper than the SCM.

STOP REVIEWING EVERY THING I BUY OML

They raised the base cart checkout to 5$, Almost every time without fail my items will go on cooldown AND for the past 3 orders in a row (only being around 10$ each) they placed it under manual review, so it takes EVEN LONGER to get the items I spent real world money on, I've been buying a lot of things here and I'm getting really sick and tired of the waiting.

Marketplace has always seemed like a trustworthy site to me. I have been buying TF2 keys there for years and never had any issues. However, I do have to complain about something, especially recently. The waiting time for the bots to deliver the keys has become increasingly slow. In the past, it used to take no more than 5 minutes, maybe 10 at most. But now, the waiting time is very inconsistent. Sometimes you receive part of your order quickly, and the rest takes much longer than expected. In conclusion, that is the main reason I am giving it 3 stars instead of 5.

It was easy and painless and cheap for sure definitely will be using again.

Sometimes the payment is reviewed but does not take long. Fast, reliable and good prices.

I love this place! It's only been recently that I've been able to return to Tf2, but I've had such a wonderful time with all the stuff i couldn't do back in 2018. I love being able to see what's new, see what's affordable, and it's all so easy to find as well! At least, as long as you know what you're looking for. ;)

pretty mid, bad prices, slow trade bots, etc

Si j avais lu les commentaires, jamais je n aurais commandé. J ai commandé un iphone reconditionné, livraison prévue par Chronopost le vendredi, ils viennent livrer le jeudi, étant au travail, je ne peux pas répondre, alors colis marqué refusé, retour à l envoyeur. Je demande une relivraison, elle est prévue le 2/04 entre 9:00 et 12:00. A 12h je m inquiète, colis marqué livré. Rien dans ma boîte et surtout je suis censée recevoir un code à communiquer... J appelle marketplace qui fait une réclamation .. retour dans 72 h00. J appelle le transporteur qui doit me rappeler... Je n ai pas encore le produit que je rencontre des problèmes. Service minable

Aina du service marketplace a été si humaine et a l'écoute, adorable pour effectuer un retour de par la redoute afin que je sois rembourser, si patiente surtout. C'est appréciable !

Compared to other TF2 item websites, this site has a large variety of items and is often the cheapest option. It is also very easy to use. One complaint is that you have to wait when buying items, but that is a reasonable "downside".
