AVOID these ‘Spun plastic’ shorts! I’m pretty sure that no gynaecologist would ever recommend!
In an era of microplastics being an issue for women down below when they sweat, I had high hopes that these would have a high percentage of natural fibres. I ordered 3 pairs, one cotton (not cotton, think thick/opaque 70 denier nylon tights) the cooling shorts feel like no vpl smoothing knickers.

No refund possible they say and I didn’t even try them on (once I touched the fabric I knew they’d be hot and horrid on a Summers day). £100 wasted. I should have gone to M&S and bought local.

Don’t waste your money because if they aren’t right you won’t see a penny back. I’m back to square one £100 down. Matalan sell very similar ones for £9.

Customer service responded quickly to say I couldn’t get a refund.

I don't think I have ever dealt with a company that had better customer service than Thigh Society! They respond quickly and with knowledge. I appreciate all of their efforts and professionalism. Their products are the best and I have never been more pleased with a company than I am with Thigh Society! I wish they made everything!

I have been wearing Thigh Society shorts for years. I love them! They allow me to wear all my favorite summer fashions with no discomfort. Recently I wanted to reorder more to replace older pairs. One pair was "Original" style. When it arrived, the material seemed thicker than my previous "Original" pair, and would be too hot for summer wear. Even though I was fully aware of the "no return" policy on undergarments, I reached out to customer service to see if I could exchange them for a "Cotton" pair. "Amy" answered my email and said she would refer my request to the Customer Service team. Imagine my shock and delighted wonder when I received an email the next day telling me that I was receiving a FREE pair of the "Cotton" version by delivery.(a $40 value!)
I am so blown away by this company's generosity and attention to perfect customer satisfaction that I will continue ordering from them for years to come.
Also, the quality of this product is unmatched and surpasses any other brands which I have tried. Pure comfort and long wear!

The customer service I received was absolutely fantastic. I ordered the cooling shorts on March 31 and got an email on April 3 from the courier that they picked up the package. The tracking information from the courier did not update after that, so I contacted the courier on April 17 to request an update. They told me the package had accidentally been rerouted to another province and said they would get it rerouted again and would update the tracking information right away. There was still no update as of April 22, so I emailed Thigh Society to let them know what was going on. I received an email back within 3 hours apologizing for the inconvenience and said they would look into it right away. Just over 12 hours later, I got an email saying a new pair was being sent to me, which I received in 4 business days. I highly recommend this company for both the quality of the product and the customer service.

I loved the first couple of pairs of The Cooling Shorts. They are great under dress & kept me cool on hot days. When I went to re-order more, as summer is upon us, I found out that they had great new colours. When I ran into a self-created problem, Kodiak was wonderful in solving it to my satisfaction. Their customer service is a great as their product!

After incurring a chafing issue, I researched products! When I found Thigh Society, I was impressed with the clarity of each offering. Since this was my first experience, I contacted customer support and was pleasantly surprised at the quick response and the quality of information provided! I chose cooling and I’ve not regretted this choice. My skin is sensitive and these feel weightless and I can wear them all day comfortably. I no longer have a chafing issue! As a bonus they arrived in a perfect pouch which is excellent for storing if you traveling and I do! Their color choices provide a good selection. I am excited about my latest color, whisper a perfect pink shade. I highly recommend Thigh Society.

Thigh Society shorts are the most comfortable, lightweight cooling shorts to wear. They are a very responsive company and stand behind their product. The shorts are undergarments so there is a no return policy but they will assist you with first pair. Be sure to order correctly.

I had an issue with a product, but the team was extremely responsive and easy to communicate with. They were accommodating and gave good advice concerning product care. Amy and Kodiak have been lovely, patient, and very helpful.

What a fabulous company with great customer service. I had an issue on sizing which was my fault and I emailed them. They got back to me right away and resolved my issues right away. I will buy again for sure oh and, the breathable is what I bought and they are so comfortable. Can’t even tell I have them on!

I received a pair of the Thigh Society shorts that had a small hole on one of the seams. I contacted customer support and they immediately sent me a new pair and I didn't have to send the other pair back. That was great customer service and I will continue to purchase from them in the future. I love being able to wear dresses without worrying about uncomfortable thigh rubbing/chafing!

I have nothing but good things to say about the slip shorts. They are so light and very comfortable. The only problem i had was getting the correct size but they graciously sent another pair. I highly reccomend if you just want something under dresses, pants. capris, ext.. if you want to stay cool feeling.

Very responsive company to communicate with. Excellent product. I purchased the cotton brief. I am curvy hips with a small waist. I really like how the cotton waistband hugs your waist comfortably to support a feeling of confidence and comfort. I have yet to wear them but I am assured with the cotton liner.

I love them I bought 2 cooling and one original I wore the cooling pair the day after I got them so great! I want to wear dresses and skirts all the time now.

Shorts arrived with a hole in it. Have been trying to get in touch with the company for over a week and they have not replied. No phone number listed to call. So far not impressed. For the amount they charge this is very disappointing.
