I've spent hundreds of dollars on this site over the years and used to have a good experience with it. However, recently I logged in and discovered I've been banned with the reason listed as "chargeback scammer." I've never charged back anything, so I have no idea why I've received this ban. I rarely even use my debit card to pay for stuff; majority of things I buy on the site I pay with using the balance on the site from selling items there. I still have over $40 of balance on the site and items listed to sell too. Why would I chargeback if I still had money invested in the site? Most of the time I'm just buying tour of duty tickets. I made a support ticket on their website but it's been over a week and I still haven't received any response. I can't reach out for support in their discord because somehow I've been banned there as well.

Letting me buy items from the store, and then putting them on hold for 24+ hours. Put two of my 40-50$ transactions on hold for no reason. I was buying from this website for over a year now with much bigger transactions, why hold my items now? Really slow responding support. Wouldn't recommend this website to anyone.

They seem to ban accounts for no reason (we have thousands of euros in items there) or just imagine a random reason, as for our example: A ridicules high amount of a chargeback.

Either this is an exit scam or whatever system they use to connect scammers alt account, is so broken. We don't even use VPNs, they have our clear IP's and they still banned us. They also claimed to have connected the PayPal address to the scammer that we used. (Jokes on them, this is literally my domain. Nobody else is able to use that, and only one PayPal account has been created with that domain.)

They don't give out details about it, nada nothing. They just say something random, and now you are supposed to live it.

Ill file a complain now and ill try to sue, lets see how far I come. I will update this review.

(Also, they banned me from their discord lmao, this is so sad. I loved this service before but it turned into something really really bad.)

Also @Alex (The CEO of Mannco) feel free to try and take this review down, maybe on the path of trying to find evidence for what we allegedly did, you will find out that you did an error or you genuinely try to scam us. I am in forensics, if you try to doctor with it, I will know and I will be able to proof it. Even if it's just a pixel of, and I still have contacts with PayPal. :)

I forgot which app I used for 2FA and that's why I couldn't withdraw the items I bought. Luckily, thanks to their support, I was able to easily reset 2FA and withdraw my items.

If you're thinking about using this site - stop and read this first.

I didn't lose €4,000 to a scam email or a sketchy link. I lost it through a platform that markets itself as legitimate, trusted, and established. And when something went wrong with my account, they simply… disappeared.
No response. No update. Nothing.
One week of silence on a €4,000 problem. For a lot of people, that's rent. That's groceries for months. That's an existential crisis and I mean that literally, not dramatically.

When I pushed for answers on their Discord, the response I got was: "tickets aren't rushed."
Let that sink in. A week of silence, and that's their defence.

This isn't a small startup finding its feet. This is a platform big enough that you'd expect basic accountability. Instead, what you get is a system designed to take your money and a support structure designed to outlast your patience.

Until I receive a resolution, consider this review a live warning. I'll update it the moment they respond. As of now - silence.
If this happened to me, it's happening to others. Share this so it reaches them before they find out the hard way.

They claimed that I made a 20k chargeback wtf, I dont even have that kind of money.

I've always had great success using their service but recently my purchases started going on a hold and it took well over 24 hours for the staff to review it. I understand that yall need to double check a 4k usd purchase but this same thing has happened on a whopping 40 usd purchase. Why? I've done bigger purchases with no issues in the past, I have been a customer for over 7 years at this point and I can't remember any holds on my purchases.

Some trades are very time critical you know. I can no longer trust mannco.store when it comes to buying items reliably and, most important, QUICKLY.

Ordered 200 key and the order never appeared on my account. It has been over 35 hours with no response from the payment processor and support only says "wait." Extremely frustrating experience. Very poor communication and no clear ETA on whether I will receive the items.

CONTEXT
I used to buy tf2 items from here a lot, nothing expensive but a fairly large quantity. Never had any problems until a few days ago when I've started playing cs2 again and thought I would treat myself to a few cheap skins.

MAIN STORY BELOW
Once the order was place all but one (the most expensive skin I ordered) was sent by trade. It has now come up on a week since I first opened a support ticket, and 3 days since I last got acknowledgement that they were trying to fix it. From the looks of things I will not be getting my skin I PAID for. Do not buy anything REMOTELY expensive from them and expect some items to not be given to you.

SUPPORT
Throughout the week I only spoke to one support person (they sign off each message), Everyday I would message just saying something like:
"Hi sorry to bug, but could I get an update? thank you!"
and every time they slowly got more and more passive aggressive until the final time I spoke to them where I was redirected to the 'development team' and No-one has ever responded since.

Not even a sorry saying no refunds.

Prices are alright but slow delivery time and in trades when you cant re send and need to wait extra day for it sucks

They are selling items they don't have.

I bought CS items and some of them arrived. However, I didn't receive any trade offers for 4 different items. I'm buying the items from Mannco, but the items are coming from a different site. Some of them aren't arriving.

Pricing is good and I don’t have to interact or pay pedophiles nor corporate shmucks.

I had gotten the wrong keys initially, but was able to quickly fix my mistake thanks to y'all's user friendly interfaces.

I couldn't get my items, i did the process throughly and exactly as it said.
