Returnering af diverse produkter, da der var bestilt hjem i flere størrelser. Her ingen problemer med returneringen eller modtagelse af det refunderede beløb.

I have bought pair of shoes. They came with defect, after months i got option to send them back and they said they would give me my money back. Same day I sent them, they came to them and after months I still don't have my money back.
Written in May, Sent shoes in July, and it's almost September. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING HERE

Ma première expérience était moins bonne, j'avais reçu un jean taché, mais depuis je suis hyper contente de tous mes achats.

Jeg har skrevet 4 mails med anmodning om hjælp til at få returneret en vare, der er for lille i størrelsen. Jeg har endnu ikke fået nogen respons. Snart overskrider jeg de 28 dage for retur. Jeg forventer, at den periode forlænges, men aner det ikke og de tidligere anmeldelser lyder ikke lovende ift. Asos kundeservice. Overvejede at sende dem retur uden returblanket, men efter at have læst tråden her, tænker jeg, at der så er en væsentlig risiko for, at jeg aldrig får hverken sko eller mine penge at se igen! Det er absolut sidste gang, jeg handler her, hvis der ikke snart kommer noget hjælp fra kundeservice!!

Jag ville lägga ut en annons på att köpa en mountainbike men min annons blev nekad och försöker hitta svar varför och försökte kontakta dom och det var bara att lägga ber ett skämt helt klart
Frågan jag ställde med var att det ligger ute annonser på såna som vill köpa bil eller bilar och jag blev nyfiken vad skillnaden är
Bara irriterande när man inte kan få svar på just min fråga 😡

Awful customer service, don't even offer a concrete answer, just asks a lot of questions in order to spend your time. I have been asked to wait 10 more working days, without saying anything. Don't have a tracking number at all, it gives you an ETA, this is not true!!!!! After this you are asked to wait double more!! I am so disappointed that I ordered! Don't even specify in how many days they deliver. That's a joke to wait a month for some products once the money are taken straight away!!! Awful, socking customer service. Is this "Customer Care". That's a total joke, they cannot even be called like this.

Bought a Levi's t-shirt labelled as XS, put it against my current one and it way so much bigger and baggier like it had been stretched out. Requested a refund as item was not as described, the seller advised that "not feeling" it was an XS did not mean the "item was not as described" the response was awful, when purchasing i was not informed that i would have to pay for the return postage, will definitely not be purchasing again!!

Jeg kan simpelthen ikke komme i kontakt med ASOS kundeservice??!!
Jeg bestille varer for 2 måneder siden som aldrig er nået frem! Vild at det kan lade sig at gøre for dem! De burde stå for regnskab.

This place is so awful please do not waste your money on this place! I wish before purchasing I read these reviews because it’s giving red, red, red flags!

There’s a reason why this place has so many bad reviews because it’s literally a scam!

I bought a pair of trainers from here and I was supposed to get my order shipped out ages ago! Like over two months and the communication was terrible!

I messaged her over & over just giving myself a headache at this point to which when she did reply it was very brief and she would not take any accountability at all! I paid over £200 for these and still after two months didn’t even get a refund or get the trainers. No show! Just all talk! Con artist if you can even call her a artist because she’s not!

You’re just a snake and fake! It’s an insult to true artists out there! But thankfully I purchased through PayPal so at least they gave me my money back!

But if you take anything away from this please just report this place and stay far away from it! Terrible website and terrible people! Trash.

Nu har jeg i over to uger forsøgt at få hjælpe til at få returneret mine varer og har stadig ikke fået den hjælp jeg har brug for. Jeg har aldrig oplevet så dårlig kundeservice nogen steder før. Kan på forhånd sige at jeg ALDRIG kommer at handle hos jer igen…..

Placed my first order, items arrived next day, they don’t fit, cant log back into my account, just spent 30 mins typing to someone who wouldn’t listen and couldn’t help. Shocking service with my first experience and probably my last order.

Er virkelig forundret over hvor dårlig service asos har!
Har sendt vare retur for 1 måned siden, men har intet hørt om tilbagebetaling 😡 mon de sælger varerne flere gange og lader som om de ikke har modtaget retur.
Men det siger nok alt, at det er så svært at kontakte dem.

Jeg bestilte et par smarte sko, og da jeg så modtog pakken havde jeg fået to forskellige størrelser - en str 37 og en 38🙄 Jeg kontakter så kundeservice, og efter et par dage får jeg svar. Jeg skal blot sende dem et billed hvor man kan se størrelserne, og herefter vil de sende mig et nyt par sko. " Super" tænker jeg og får hurtigt sendt et billed til dem. Tiden går, og jeg høre intet fra dem ligesom jeg heler ik får nogle nye sko. Jeg skriver igen til deres kundeservice og sender billedet for anden gang - bare for at være helt sikker på at de har fået det. Og stadig intet svar eller sko. 😡😡 Jeg skriver så til dem for tredje gang, og får en bekræftelse på at de har modtaget min mail, men heler ik det kom der nogle sko ud af...
Virkelig dårlig stil, og sidste gang jeg handler hos asos..

Awful, awful and awful. Bought jacket from Strikonov Store, a Polish retailer. They first refused to refund me the jacket (didn't fit) contradicting ASOS Marketplace refund policy and then after I appealed this to PayPal they agreed but when I sent the jacket back by registered post they ignored my messages and still no refund (3 weeks later). ASOS Customer Service unhelpful, washing their hands of this. Avoid at all costs.

Meller brand - I ordered a new pair of sunglasses on 4th April 2022. Received an order acknowledgement but then nothing. I wrote to them on 25th April to politely ask when I might receive my order. On the 5th May I received notification of dispatch and a note apologising for the inconvenience. It took 10 days from my enquiry to hear from them and with no explanation. A month to be notified of dispatch. Not impressed and hoping sunglasses arrive soon. It has put me off using again.

Complete Scam! I ordered from a store called "Old but Gold Vintage" in early February and messaged about my delivery constantly. They gave me a tracking number that never seemed to be updated and every time I reached out about an issue they seemed to have a new excuse backed up about it. The first excuse was that it hadn't left their country. The second was that it was lost in the mail. The third was that they had shipped it to the wrong address and the fourth was that they are waiting to get a refund from there shipping company until they could give me a refund!?!?!
I never received my package nor have I received a refund. I messaged numerous times and I have been ignored. Asos marketplace Guarantee doesn't seem to guarantee anything. They just keep telling you to email PayPal and just hand your situation over. Nothing gets resolved. DON'T buy from this site they don't have buyer protection for non-PayPal users or PayPal users.
I've tried giving them a review on their page but it is not letting me do that. So Asos marketplace doesn't even allow people to give honest and trusting feedback.
Don't waste your money on Asos marketplace! and if you do, have get buyer protection, because then at least you'd be able to get your money back. Good luck!

ASOSMARKETPLACE guarantee is useless. It doesn't resolve disputes but sends you round in circles until you give up claiming.

We are a professional company for handmade vintage style lingerie on multiple platforms and have applied for a boutique. We were outright declined for having apparently poor photos. Verify for yourself how terrible this sites judgement is in not even checking the website of a company.
