Marketplace Asos Arvostelua 

Item was a bit bigger than it looked on the ad. Good thing is that the customer service took responsibility for it, but it was a bit boring having to send it back.

This is the worst online platform I have used to purchase something. It was horrendous from start to finish took 3 months for them to issue a refund had to go through paypal and create a report, never replied back to messages on the portal. I would seriously avoid asos marketplace its horrendous

First, my order is cancelled. Then, I am declined from the first-timer discount, and finally half of my items disappear from the cart. I've never had this horrible experience with any ecommerce website: rest reassured this is NOT a bank issue (order was refuted with an unjustified claim). This whole process has been horrible - I will not shop from ASOS again.

Dreadful utter rubbish service. Got sent two different sizes of slippers! As usual can't speak to an actual person!!

Do not use asos or anything related to them. Trying to contact me with an issue is like getting blood from a stone.

Warning parcels are not leaving asos. Orders not being received, refunds refused, poor customer service. On twitter on the news a man was saying how much debt asos are in. I think they're going onto liquidation soon. Do not order unless you want to risk never receiving your order and not getting a refund. They put all the blame on evri but evri are not even receiving orders from asos warehouse. Beware scammers! I still havnt received my order and everytime you get through to a foreign sustainer service operator they keep telling you to wait 2 more days baring in mind you have only 30 days from when you ordered to get your money back. Absolutely disgusting they would steal from people in this financial climate. Also all customer service emails even to the director just bounce right back. Asos are in trouble, order at your own peril

Première commande chez un petit créateur, satisfaite.
Deuxième commande chez un magasin "vintage" article cher, lors de la réception je vois qu'effectivement il y a certes pas mal de laine dans mon gilet, mais aussi que c'est un gilet c&a ! Payé 60€, ça fait cher la fripe ! Les vendeurs de produits d'occasion surfent sur la mode des articles vintage pour vendre tout a des prix exorbitants, je me sens mal d'être tombée dedans.

Appalling service. Ordered item for Xmas which I was told would take 12 days to deliver. The courier email says to contact the provider. The provider, Ipantuflas, have just shrugged their shoulders and say it’s busy this time of year. I wish I’d read the other reviews before I ordered. Also the fact that they don’t reach out to people giving feedback on this site is worrying, legitimate companies would do.
Please avoid being ripped off- don’t order from asos marketplace

Scammers!!! Stay away

Second time they've let me down, terrible delivery service and absolutely no customer support. They straight up lie when it comes to delivery dates and then provide no opportunity to contact them or get in touch with anyone. I sent in an information request two days ago because my package is now a week late and Im still yet to hear anything back. I would avoid at all costs

Avoid avoid avoid scam and they lie a lot no refund or items received up to today. They send false dispatch note from asos when item is not even dispatched. Daylight robbery . Do not even know why they are allowed to trade scamming peoples money.

SCAM!!! Ordered through asos marketplace 4 weeks ago - products never arrived. They haven’t responded to any messages or emails. Has had to be escalated further in order to try and get refunded. Shocking. Would rate 0 stars if possible.

so wish I'd read the reviews before i ordered...AVOID asos unless you want to burn money...i placed an order for 2 items,,,thought it strange i was not sent an email order confirmation...1 item arrived which temporarily relived my concern...2nd item never came...impossible to chase up so i have LOST MONEY...whether this is due to incompetence or a con it is totally unprofessional & verging on criminal...AVOID AVOID AVOID

Terrible costumer service , I have a premium delivery service that I paid for and it suppose to provide next day delivery. I'm the occasions that I ordered with ASOS ,the delivery took 5/ 6 days to arrived.I asked for compalints number and they didn't provide with any information. Absolutely ridiculous.

Schoenen retour gestuurd 3 augustus maar geen 80 euro retour.

Item ordered but never arrived. Several messages sent and request for refund, all ignored. Appalling customer service. Avoid Asos Marketplace!

If I could of given no stars to write a review I would of. Over this site like the plague!! Ordered a pair of trainers December 2021 never arrived constantly being told to wait never arrived and have been refused a refund still in September 2022 with no explanation. They basically just stole my money!!

I placed an order today and clicked on next day delivery.

A widow opened offering Premier delivery. This is not suitable for me so I clicked 'add to basket' thinking that it would add my original choice of Next day delivery.

I realised that it had added Premier delivery and there was no way of removing this.

I closed the window. Reopened the website went to the basket and selected next day delivery and placed my order.

Then I get an email saying I had signed up for Premier delivery.

So I contacted customer service. After messing about for ages I finally got through to an agent who was rude and unhelpful. She lied and said that I had the opportunity to read the full terms and conditions before agreeing to Premier delivery. You do not. It also says on the website that you can cancel if you haven't used it.

I will be returning my order if it turns up and using Resolver to get my money back for the Premier delivery which is set up to trick you into agreeing to it.

Jeg har fået et automatisk svar fra jer for nogle dage siden, at den bestilte returlabel bliver sendt til min mail-adresse. Det er den så ikke, og nu kan jeg ikke længere oprette en ny på jeres hjemmeside - dvs. at jeg ikke kan sende min ordre tilbage. 😔 Er I søde at sende mig en returlabel og betale pengene tilbage (42604386)? Eller oplys gerne jeres adresse, så sender jeg selv. Pft.
