if I could give this company a zero I would. Terrible chat have to wait a long time for response.
I am surprised it is still operating.
Faulty goods sent without being quality assured.
The Zip of my jeans kept opening when I wore the jeans in public. The chat wanted me to show the Zip opening, therefore exposing my self.

Order glitches as I was placing it. So the payment was taken but the order not on my account/ not received by ASOS.
Spoke to around 3 people on Chat, and also a supervisor, they kept telling me to wait 24 hours, then I speak to another manager who has told me 30 day!!
They don't listen to what you say and refuse to help and put you through.

I am now minus over £500 and no resolution seems to be happening.

It’s hard to get connections with customer care and take it to longer than usual to get refund back. It’s wasted money and time for chat with customer care almost an hour for one return

I placed an order on the 21st of March, been chasing it ever since. Still haven't had it after promises from the company saying they will resend plus the refund and free gifts. It is now May the 8th!! I have been trying to contact them with is really difficult only can message them and I have the same message saying: let me see where the item is and I will get back to you. Then NOTHING. You took my money quick enough SCAM!! ASOS SHOULD BE ASHAMED HAVING THIS COMPANY ACCOSIATED WITH THEIR NAME!! Shocking!! They're reply has been they have given me a refund, which is totally false! Liars. Where is my money? Then they messaged me to ask me to remove Asos from my review calling me slanderous, what a cheek you have Asos as your business name?! You will try anything to get a good review except for sending people the product in which they have paid they're hard working money for. Like I said don't be fooled by this lying Asos Marketplace Scammers! No refund for me!

Ordered an item 2 months ago and after about a week of not hearing anything from the seller, i contacted asos asking if they were still an active seller. More weeks passed and i had no item or a response from asos and they still have my money. I have had to resort to emailing every single email on their website in the hopes of getting a single reply. After over a month of trying to get in touch with ANYONE from asos, i heard back saying i would get refunded within the next 10 days. Well it has been over 20 since then and do you think i have got my money back? I cannot believe i wasn't even able to get a reply back from them. DO NOT USE

Mi opinión va dirigida a la aplicación en si. No hay manera de registrarse. No me ofrece la opción de hacerlo. Puede que yo, que llevo más de una década comprando por Internet me hata vuelto gilip... sin saberlo. Pero sinceramente he desinstalado la app, y jamás volveré a instalarla.

I ordered 2 vest tops in green and black. When they arrived they weren’t as described and a horrible material. I sent them back and a week later was denied a refund as they claimed I’d taken off the tags. This was not true.
They sent the items back to me and when I received it, it was 2 tube tops.
Not what I’d originally order and not what I’d returned.
This was clearly a warehouse error.
6 weeks of back and forth to finally be told I’d ordered black and white vest tops (which I did not) and that they have never sold that item in green and black so I had returned the wrong items which was also why I couldn’t get a refund. Then
after speaking to 2 different managers and taking 2 hours of my time I was told the warehouse don’t make mistakes and I would not be issued a refund.
Will never buy from here again. Worse customer experience ever!
As I paid by credit card I claimed the money back through them.

I had a really bad experience - it’s hard to believe Asos is behind this scam operation. I bought trousers from Now Millennial, advertised as a UK shop. Description was not complete and delivery was £6 🚩 but I thought I could trust Asos. Wrong. Item took 3 weeks to arrive, from Lithuania - the shop is not the UK shop. Item was described as size S, the waist indeed was size S, the rest was size L and the fit did not look like on the photo. Item not as described- surely I should be refunded in full. Wrong again. Return was a nightmare. Seller did not respond for weeks and neither did Asos. I was told to return item at my cost, tracked, another £4.50. Seller offered partial refund because trousers were size S in the waist so “as described”! Wth. I had to raise dispute with my credit card provider who according to the Consumer Act (item not as described/ not fit for purpose) refunded me fully but I still lost £4.50. Never again. AVOID!!!

Total scums ordered recent for next day yesterday for today did i get it ohhhh no is it coming tommrow ohhh yes what the hell is wrong with this scum company and thats never happened too me !!!!

I have purchased an item from the ASOS marketplace, from seller called the deadstock company, they have not placed the item in dispatch after 2 days of making payment for item, no confirmation email, I have messaged to ask if there will be any information regarding the item, after 10 hours, no correspondence at all, extremely bad way to run a business, the deadstock company= thieves. I have put this because it's how I feel with no information at all on the item in question!
There should be certain criteria and deposits that should be made by people who want to make a business online, not to con people out of their hard earned money!

As an online seller I have never witnessed such a bad service. Customers expect to order luxury goods with the intention of trying on only and then getting refunded. 75% of orders are returned for no reason and asos force this regardless of reason. My goods are returned damaged and worn many times. Orders still in transit refunded without receiving my item back. It’s such a loss and inconvenience. WARNING TO ONLINE SELLERS !! DO NOT SELL THROUGH ASOS. I have now closed my account/boutique and will never use this service again.

You assume because it’s associated with ASOS it’ll be legit but it’s really not. Item not delivered after a month. Seller keeps telling me “I will personally look into it today and get back to you” - it’s been over 3 weeks of such false promises and still nothing. I’ve raised it to ASOS marketplace management via email TWICE as the website instructs and nothing yet 2 weeks later. I’ll be calling tomorrow to chase for my refund. Wish I read the reviews before putting an order in. Also wish I had used PayPal to buy it as they would be more effective to raise a complaint with.

On their "add to bag" page, it has a list of delivery options. You then go and select "next day delivery". On the next and actual checkout page it then just defaults to standard delivery. Why? Who on earth would build a website that bad?

In frattempo ho ordinato un altro articolo, che ho ordinato un numero più piccolo. Questo modello è invece talmente piccolo, che non riesco nemmeno a metterlo. Anche questo articolo è arrivato già usato!!! L'ho spedito subito indietro per ovviare ai dubbi che l'ho usato. Ma mi sa che ho perso un altra volta miei soldi. Adesso ho una domanda: chi controlla gli articoli che escono? Come mai succede che la roba arriva usata? E perché devo pagare io tutto questo? Non c'è nemmeno la mail di contatto. Chat non funziona. EVITATE ASOS!!! Affidabilità zero!!!

I ordered a dress 1 month ago, it never arrived. I called customer services 2 weeks ago who promised to track the order and either resend it or refund it within 48 hours, I never heard from them again…. What a shambles of a company

OPLETTEN met mensen die je artikel willen kopen via een transportbedrijf zoals Ups, Budbee service etc..
Dat zijn oplichters die je dan bellen met de melding van bedrag te storten via je bankbakje en dan geld van je rekening afhalen !! Verschillende mensen zijn daardoor al opgelicht. Dus enkel via overschrijving of cash te betalen .

Ordered afew items in November 2022 before Christmas.

Absolute fraudsters, I wish the warehouse of branch was in London, so I could’ve gone up there myself and slapped every single one of them.

Awful. Just a bunch of fraudsters selling things that are nothing like the images then having a nightmare trying to get a refund. It’s been months. Will never use again.

A bit expensive sometimes, but totally worth it in terms of quality
