Marketplace Asos Arvostelua 

Awful customer service, ordered on 25th September, it’s now 17th October, no order, communication is none existent.

Avoid like the plague!

Terrible! They accept no responsibility for advertising for companies who don’t fulfilled their orders and don’t respond to emails. I have had to raise a case through PayPal to try and recover money paid.

Ordered a pair of trousers via ASOS Marketplace, received an order confirmation but order was never delivered. Sent message directly to Boutique with no response. Neither ASOS or ASOS marketplace can assist. They keep emailing back saying contact the Boutique directly. So frustrating and a loss of £24.00. Will not order from them again.

I ordered a couple of clothing items through a shop on ASOS Marketplace, and after paying my order, I looked on Trustpilot and saw a bunch of negative reviews.

I was happily surprised that I did not encounter any issues whatsoever during my purchase. I received multiple emails from ASOS Marketplace, updating me on the status of the order, from when the order was confirmed, shipped and all the way until I received the order.

There I cannot give them anything under 5 stars, as I had a good experience buying clothes from ASOS Marketplace.

Customer service is hanging on by a thread over at ASOS... I've been on chat for an hour with no resolution. Been passed onto 5 different people. I returned a faulty item and they rejected the return as they didn't pay attention to the note and thought I was trying to return a worn item. I think they hope you'll jump offline and give up. They've asked me to recieve the item back and do the returns procedure all over again. Huh?

I ordered from the market place store 54floral. around two weeks ago and the item has yet to show up , customer services said it would come this week which didn't happen ,they were more concerned in asking for a good review before my item has even been received , I doubt the item has been posted at all . Don't let there affiliation with ASOS ,lull you into a false sense of security. Customer service communicates like a bot .

I would give no stars if I could , item has apparently been lost in transit for the 2nd time now ! , customer service people are helpful but the delivery service asos is however not useful, customer services tell you your item is lost then try to offer you next day delivery at a yearly cost ! , what a joke ! , I’m sure these items are going missing purposely solely just to convince people to pay for yearly next day delivery! , this has happened too many time now and by the looks of it , has happened to others on here too , not impressed! , no good having helpful customer service support and having a rubbish delivery service

Zero star review - was lulled into a false sense of security purchasing die to ASOS name - should have checked the reviews. Ordered from 54 Floral and was immediately suspicious that a £12 item was £10 delivery but had no tracking. Going by the reviews this seems like a scam, no intention to ship any order and if people forget or get worn down by the delay tactics, they’re quids in. Avoid ASOS Marketplace and 54 Floral at all costs!!!

ZERO STAR RATING. No order received. Made out it was lost. Payed the insurance and only received 75% of the value of the order, and I and to fight over months to even receive this. Every time I emailed someone else replied to my email. Shocking experience. Will never use this company again. SCAM. They must have thousands of pounds of other peoples money.

Bavneet apparently one of the managers was extremely unhelpful!!! The customer care team are very uncaring, and act like bots.

Over 2 hours on the phone. Eventually got through to Mark - one of the managers who did NOTHING!!! Asos agreed a refund then decided they couldn’t do anything (although they did say I was correct). Just decided to keep my £100. Rubbish company!!!

Ordered my item on 24th of may. Have I received it? No. Will 1 ever receive it? No. This company is a joke I’ve messaged back and forth and all they did was say it’s coming this day then it wouldn’t so I’d message again and they would say oh it’s coming this day. The costume service is s**t!!. I asked them if I could have a refund but they said “only when you receive the item you can send it back and get a refund” I then said this is ridiculous and they offered to send out “free gifts”. Don’t order from them

Would not recommend Asos Market place especially 54 floral clothing. first time using the market place and my experience had been appalling. They take your money tell you your order has been dispatched then you spend weeks going back and forth going no where trying to get your refund and still nothing not only is the market place a joke Asos let these boutiques get away with it disgusting, report them to trading standards.

I placed an order on 3rd March after 4weeks i sent email sayin no parcel thy replied sayin in post an recived it on 13 May was sent wrong item sent it bk waitin 4refund joke neva again

Do NOT order with this company. They take your money and then don’t deliver or process your order. Customer service is s..t!!! You have to wait days for refund! They pretend to send goods that are out of stock!!! Their service is horrendous. And Evri their delivery company is even worse!!!

Absolutely terrible, my daughter spent all her birthday money £245 on a pair of trainers then never arrived, have been ignored by seller and asosdont seem to do a thing about it 😡 Absolutely disgusting, I now have a heartbroken 15yr old without money or trainers!!!!!

Items didn’t arrive and as they use Evri they are completely uncontactable.

Their customer service isn’t much better and have cheeky representatives.

I was originally told that I’d be processed a refund for items that didn’t arrive. Then when I went back to find out where it was they said they aren’t refunding me until Evri deliver it.

Apparently the “I’ll” in “no worries, I’ll process your refund” implies that they will do it under that ultimatum.

These CSRs clearly do not speak English as their first language as that is not implied at all.

Long story short - do not order from this company. If it’s cheap it’s probably cheap for a reason.

I paid for a jacket through ASOS marketplace via a trader called 54 Floral. States clearly in the terms and conditions that ASOS marketplace have a guarantee scheme and would intervene if customers have a dispute with sellers. Ths is the only reason I purchased through the company 54 Floral. Placed order 6th march never arrived. After weeks of getting no where with the traders I followed the process outlined on the market place website and e mailed mpgaurentee e mail address no response tried again 1 week later no response. Eventually had to contact via main ASOS website. After initially being helpful and contacting the trader they have basically told me they can not help and my issues is with the seller. Even though they clearly state that they guarantee purchases. After 3 months of chasing I have got no where with the seller 54 Floral. I eventually checked them out on here and can see so many customers having the same issues. Shame on you ASOS for affiliating with a scam company and shame on you for misdleading your customers to believe you guarantee any purchases. Disgusting all-round!!!!
