Oplichters!!!!!!!!!! Niet bestellen bij asos. Pakket besteld niet binnen gekregen zij geven aan van dat het wel is aangekomen. Vervolgens blokkeren ze mij account en zeggen ze je voldoet niet aan onze voorwaarden wat onzin is. Kortom niet bestellen

Avoid ASOS Marketplace 54Floral at all costs!! This company is a SCAM. They take your money and never send you the goods. When asked for tracking information / a refund they respond they will action but nothing. Will be reporting this company to Trading Standards etc.

I wish I would have looked on here before ordering anytbing from asos. I will never order anything again. I have some pants to return I created the label on the 26th and had to return them my the 27th. In the meantime my car has broken down and I couldn't get to the drop off point. I have asked for another return label and they won't allow it. The pants are unused unworn and cnt even exchange. Never experienced this before disgusting.

Absolute scam with 54floral. Two months later and I still have not received two separate orders that they said had been posted in November. mid January now and I'm still trying to get a refund which they are said they are processing five times now and still have not got it so definitely a scam site

Broek besteld die te klein is. Ik kan het nergens meer terugsturen en de klantenservice is vreselijk. Ik heb niet eens de optie om mijn vraag te kunnen stellen

I ordered a jacket with 54floral they emailed to say it was dispatched on the 5th December. I still haven't received it and don't think I will. I've contacted them 3 times and they assured me I'd receive it this week. Absolutely disgusted with Asos marketplace and 54floral.Iwill try to get my money back I don't think I'll be successful though.

Zero stars, made an order on the 4th December, but still has not arrived, contacted them on 3 separate occasions as I was told 3-5 business days for delivery, however all they respond is that it will be here by the end of the week/weekend to my first contact with them then the second response was it will be there I promise and still no item and my third contact has not been responded to so I guess I'm out of pocket and need to find a similar item from a legit company not these cowboy scam artists

Have been going back and forth with messages and still haven’t received a refund. AVOID this company!! Absolute scam!
Really wish I had read these reviews first. Placed an order 28th November which stated delivery would be 5-7 working days. It didn’t arrive, therefore messaged again to be told it would be delivered by the end of the week. Suprise, suprise it’s still not been delivered. I’ve asked for a refund but won’t be holding my breath, therefore will have to take it further.

Imposible contactar con ellos.
17 días despues de hacer la devolución sigo esperando el reembolso de la compra.

This company is shocking still not sent my order after 3 weeks when u ask them they say will be by weekend don’t know what weekend they think lol so when I ask for re fund they say we will re send the order Iv asked for a tracking number they can’t give me one then told me twice I will be refunded then the cheeky tw&ts say leave a review(hopefully positive haha) sorry but no real company’s put haha at the end and want to gift me a free gift if leave a good review shocking they are a SCAM NEVER USE THESE!!!

This is an absolutely con didn’t send my order after 2 weeks when contacted them thay said she’ll we re send it so what happened to the order that you sent with confirmation but no tracking??? I requested a refund still haven’t received it after 10 days waiting please people stay away from this place it’s a go to fund business really that take your hard earned money and don’t send you anything and give you some crap on a email then they say please don’t leav negative feedback it’s a small run business well if you can’t run it and send any paid items i suggest you close your go fund me business down

Tried to return an item which they sent me a QR code for. However at the Inpost locker the QR code wouldn’t scan. Assumed machine was faulty so tried 2 days later on a different machine still wouldn’t scan. Contacted asos on the 28th day..last day for return. Told them I have tried to return but code won’t work. Kept getting same response from their ‘customer service’ rep that it was 28 day policy. Explained numerous times that the code wouldn’t work and it was the 28th day. Just kept getting same response.

Returned some items to receive an email saying they have closed my account due to suspicious activity and my refund won’t be issued. Nothing more than thieves and I will be taking this down the legal route.

Blocked my account and gave no reason. Contact customer care who send you a dead end email. Absolutely diabolical.

I love Asos. My go to online shop when I need an outfit but can’t get out to the shops .

Disgusting level of service. They allow suppliers to take your money and not despatch the items you ordered, no responses, no resolution whatsoever. Avoid.

Je n'ai jamais reçus mon colis avec preuve à l'appui et ASOS doit me rembourser.
Au lieu de cela ils ferment mon compte et ne rembourse pas, de plus ils m'indiquent que le retour que j'ai effectué concernant une autre commande ne sera peut être pas traiter.
Ils vont donc recevoir mon retour remettre les articles sen ligne et ne pas me rembourser.
Parlez avec le chat et inutile.
Au total Asos me doit environ 500 euros et je ne compte pas en rester la.
Au vu de tous les avis sur les réseaux sociaux et ici Asos adore voler ses clients et fermer leur comptes au lieu de les rembourser.
HONTEUX!

Vare ankom i en helt forkert størrelse. Pakken returneres (det er for egen regning). Ny vare bestilt. I ASOS 2. forsøg kommer varen endnu engang i den samme forkerte størrelse :(
Umuligt at få hjælp fra kundeservice (chat), der blot kan tilbyde at sende returlabel (atter med egen betaling for returnering) og så forsøge sig med en 3. bestilling. Det kommer så ikke til at ske. Jeg har nu et udlæg på ca. 5000 kr., som jeg tidligst får refunderet om en måneds tid. Eller det håber jeg da …
Handler aldrig hos ASOS igen. Der er hurtig ekspedition på afsendelse af bestilte varer, men jeg venter nu hellere et par dage ekstra mod at få den korrekt vare.

Ganske uacceptabel og horribel kundeservice.
Pas på derude.
