Most horrible company to work with. Do not buy anything from this place. I fought with them for weeks to no satisfaction. Would not take a return unless you send back to China. They are suppose to pay shipping due to quality of products. Meanwhile their place is in New Jersey. Multiple emails to them. Then then do not return any messages. The reason for the return is their products are terribly made. They are not what is on their web site. Stay far away.

Wrong Items and sizes sent. Ordered on 11/20/25 received part of my order on 1/3/26, the other part on the 6th .. the $119.00 boots were a size 10.. I am an 8, the clothing had chemicals on them and had to wash before trying on, They did not fit. all way to large (im a 4) and these were XL, I contacted them and they offered me $16.00 and 20% off my next order. I asked for a return label so I could get a refund and they told me it would be to expensive for me to return them, asked 5 more times for a return address, It was suggested that I give the items to a someone that would fit them. my total order was $385.00 and not a single item is wearable for me.. they refused to provide a return address so I could receive a refund. they have toggled contacting me via email and whatsapp after over a week of arguing with them in an attempt to get them to correct the problem I have reported them. Buyers please DO NOT order from this company.

Do not buy from this company. The items are substandard and getting a refund is impossible.

Shouldn’t Meta bear some responsibility for accepting ad dollars from illegitimate companies. I got a notice that my package from mangovil was confiscated by the us government because the postage was counterfeit. In the process of fighting for a return of my money. Ughhh

I had been looking for a really cute outfit for family pictures. I came across this beautiful outfit on social media. I went to the website, ordered and paid an extra $20 to expedite shipping. The package was to be delivered the week of Christmas, I received nothing! I had been keeping on eye on tracking. The tracking had been saying in transit. The next day I checked the tracking and my package had been seized. I emailed the company and they apologized and said they would give me a 20% discount towards my next order (like that’s gonna happen) and have resent the package. Since then I have been going back and forth emailing the company trying to get a refund. I’m now out the money I paid for the outfit the money to expedite shipping and had to buy another outfit for my family pictures.

I wish I had read the reviews before ordering from this company. All of the negative reviews are true. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.

The clothes are what you would expect from an overseas manufacturer ripping off images from other sites.

But the strange starts to set in, when they ask for photos of you in the clothing to justify a refund.

If I could give them a zero for the review I would. They lie on their website, advertising their clothing as “Cozy” the sweaters I received have sequins sewn on the inside of the fabric, creating little scratchy, sharp metal against your body. She I asked for a return label, they threatened me with my package getting lost in customs and offered me a $10 credit for over $80 I spent on defective sweaters. When I told them the sweaters were in-wearable, they suggested I wear a full length garment under the sweater to protect my skin from the sharp sequins. This sweater cannot be worn with a long sleeved shirt with cuffs and a collar. It’s not made for that. They will not give you your money back, they will not refund, they will not send a return label. Horrible company. Do not buy from them. You will never get your money back. Absurd these Chinese companies can lie and steal. I will write this review all over the internet in hope that others don’t waste their hard earned money on this horrid company!

I placed an order with this company for shoes and a dress. I needed it for a specific date and ordered it 6 weeks in advance of this date. About 2 weeks before I needed it, I reached out to the company asking them to cancel the order if it does not arrive by listed date. They assured me they would prioritize this shipment. Two days later, I still didn't receive a shipping notice, and over a week's time, I repeatedly asked them to cancel the order. They refused and shipped the items anyway. I received it later than I needed it, so I requested to return the items. They refuse to allow me to return it unless i send picture of myself wearing the clothes and shoes. I explained that is inappropriate, and there is not way to tell if items fit by a picture as fitting is about comfort. Specifically for shoes. I offered to send pictures of the unworn items with the tags, which they still refuse to accept. This is a fraudulent and horrible company. Never order from them.

Under no circumstances order from this company... it is a scam ... they take your money and send fraudulent shipping information pretending that they sent items.

Do not order from this company. You will have to pay to return the merchandise to China.

I ordered an item Nov 8th and after 2 weeks inquired about it and was told they were getting it ready to ship. another week went by and still nothing. I asked for this order to be cancelled that it would not arrive in time for what I wanted it for. They tried to offer me reduced shipping I declined. After a few more weeks I enforced that I wanted cancel again and a full refund.. A week ago I was told that I would receive a full refund in 7 business days. Dec 3rd I inquired about my refund only to be told they had shipped my item that day! I'm furious and going back and forth with them doesn't help because they do not understand.. I then asked why I hadn't received an email with shipping information, they send me a tracking number through WhatsApp and a link to track it, but go figure No information has been found. I reached out to my cc company and filed the complaint for the charge.. This is ridiculous and they don't care. Scams. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY YOU WILL BE DISAPPOINTED

DO NOT ORDER FROM Margovil! This company assures fast shipping once you order within just over a week maximum. When I emailed at the end of my deadline asking them when my items would ship they assured me they would “fast track” the order to get it to ship promptly. They assured it should ship within 2-7 days. Once the 2-7 days passed I reached out again via email, they respond quickly always, but never solve the issue. They reported my items had not shipped but they would “alert the warehouse” to promptly ship the order. At this point it had been 3 weeks, I paid for the items, they did not ship. I requested my money back and to cancel, as the items would no longer arrive when I needed them. They then refused to refund the order initially, but assured me they would cancel the order per my request. I asked for proof that the order was cancelled and had been reimbursed back to me, they refused to send the proof. They explained it is a “process to refund orders”. I have never received so much back and fourth over just wanting to be done and no longer working with this company. Buyer beware! They are scammers! At the end of it all, I had to dispute the charges with my bank. They still have not refunded the money nor shipped the items. WORST CLOTHING COMPANY EVER!

Do NOT buy from this company. They are a Chinese company pretending to be American. They will not refund you. All responses to emails and customer service were generic and repeated. The quality of clothing was pathetic.

Awful customer service and even more awful quality somehow.

I am also dealing with this illigitemate so called company out of China. I think we should all come together and report them and bring and investigation into their shady practices . They should not have the ability to scam hard working people out of their money in the United States. I’m so sick of companies online from foreign countries taking advantage of us here with no recourse! I say let’s find out how to report them and get them shut down for good !

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY - THEY ARE A SCAM! I returned my order after sending photos to prove they were too big, and I'm going on FOUR MONTHS of them telling me my request is in review with their returns dept. This company is a total scam!!!
