This business is a scam. Do not order from them. The clothes and material are so cheap and don’t fit properly. One of the medium shirts was huge ans the other medium shirt was too tight. And you cannot return. Google the combat before you place an order.

This company is absolutely terrible. I wish I would have read the reviews before I purchased on a whim. The item was not even close to what was described on their website and now they will not issue me a refund. They have offered me $2 or even $7 and to keep the item that doesn’t fit or look anything like what I thought I was ordering… Mind you I spent $59 on the dress I purchased. How insulting to offer $2 or $7 reimbursement to a customer. They have sent multiple emails trying to go negotiate back-and-forth stating they do not recommend returning as it goes to Asia and international shipping costs can be pricey, and if the item gets stuck in customs and doesn’t return on time, they are not responsible. I don’t know how they are still doing business. This is the worst thing I have dealt with, and I buy many items online.

Once they have your money, forget it. No customer service, no refunds, and the clothes are made from poor quality material. Honestly, it’s sad that nowadays people don't care anymore!

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY THEY ARE A SCAM. The quality is inferior - not as pictured at all. They want you to take a picture before you can supposedly return it. Then they say that you have to send it to their headquarters in Asia and don't recommend returning. Buyer beware!

made an order for the total of $117 I sent an email saying that the dresses didn't fit me that I wanted to return to them and they returned it to me asking me for proof photos I sent them the photos after sending them the photos they returned me another email telling me that they gave me $15 if I wanted to keep them. After that I didn't accept the $15 and I told them that I wanted to return them they told me that the cost was going to be on me and I told them that it was fine but when I ordered the dress I ordered them from California and the address they sent me to return them was to China I paid $50 to return them they received the order back on July 28 and that's it today is the day I haven't received my round and I ended up and losing $117 plus the 50 return. I’m being sending several emails and they don’t answer to me.

Zero!!!! The shipment came late. I didn’t even take the outfits out of the raper, because I no longer need them, as my vacation was over.
I call to say I no longer needed them how do I return, they tell me to keep as they are in Asia and I have to pay for the return. To return UPS to China is $310. The dresses were $119.
To return US postal is $120.

They should state there is NO Refund!!!! This site is a no refund site! They do not advertise that!

I found the perfect dress. So I thought. Receiving the dress was not the problem. Bought the correct size. First, the stitching by the zipper was so tight I was afraid I would rip the dress. I had to have the dress fully zipped and then put it over my head. There was no give in the breast area and the fabric was so lopsided by the breast area it looked awkward. Yes, I could kick myself for not reading reviews prior to ordering. I followed return protocol and for what I paid they offered $6 and keep the dress. I refused that amount. Then they offered $8 and 20% off next order. Why would I ever buy from them again? I would not have written this review if they just offered a substantial refund.

I rate my experience a zero! The dresses online look absolutely beautiful. I ordered the black floral strapless pants. In the picture it looks like the pants go all the way down to the floor, but they actually were capris. The outfit did not fit. I asked for a return the next day. They said they would refund me $6 for the inconvenience. They said I’d have to ship it back to China which would cost more than the dress. This company is a joke, don’t order from them!

Horrible. Rude company doesn’t give money back when you ask for a refund and return the items harasses you to take so many pictures of the items. They have horrible customer service and manners and they still have not given back my money. They owe me $138 and they only offer to give back $18 like are you serious?!

Not even worth a star. The products come from China and are the products are poorly made. Please do not buy their products!!!!!!!!!You can not talk to a person and someone emails you and they recommend to not return the product bc if you do it’s being returned to china which can cost a good bit. I bought 3 items that looked no where near the picture and was of poor quality. They threw me a bone and said they would refund me $15 out of the three items I bought from them. Please do not buy anything from them. I beg you please don’t. You will be disappointed 100% and is a complete scam and is not a company of integrity. I will not buy a product online no more especially if it is being shipped from China.

This company is the WORST, BUYER BEWARE!! Purchased a dress that looked gorgeous per pics on their website, the dress is crap. Such thin cheap silk material, poor quality. When I reached out for a refund and to return, they offered me $6 bucks, which is hysterical to me when I paid $50. They said I had to pay shipping and handling, which is fine, but then they said you have to ship it to AISA. They have not done 1 thing to even make the situation better or okay. Never have I heard of such a "policy."
They suck and they don't give a shit about making anything "better."

Poor quality clothing and returns proving to be very difficult. Even asked for photos of me in the dresses that don’t fit (bizarre). I would avoid this company at all costs. It’s not worth your money.

The shippment took a month to arrive however that was just the beginning. 4 of the 6 dresses I ordered were garbage. They are selling a dream. 5 dollar items for 60 bucks. I purchase the items via PayPal and they sent an address located at the home office in China. Fine however; they then tell me not to ship it because it's an office and it will never arrive. Basically, it will get lost. I paid 300 for garbage and they offered me 20 bucks to keep everything. HOT mess! I told them NO. I will never wear garbage. I will force PayPal to refund and ship that crap back.

It was the worst online experience from delivery to quality of the material and the RETURN policy! I ordered express, and it took 2 weeks to get my order, and the fabric was horrible and cheap, moreover, I tried to get a refund after sending a lot of pictures as a proof to show them why I don't like the product! they offered me $12 to tighten the strap only to show their goodwill! DO not BUY from this horrible online business!

I Paid $50 for expedited shipping of 3 days.

Purchase was made on August 20. On August 26th I still had no notice of shipment so I reached out. They agreed to make a label for it and ship it out that day. 13 days later still hasn’t shipped and they won’t refund expedited fee.
The purchase was made on August 20. I paid for expedited shipping of 2 to 3 working days.

My 68th message to them: Today is September 3.- and while you say it’s on its way, I checked tracking and it is still in the same place with a “shipping partner“ and USPS still does not have it in its possession.

There is no excuse for charging me for $50 of expedited shipping which should take a maximum of “2 to 3 working days” per your shipping policy.

There is really no more discussion to be had- you have not held up your part of the agreement which is I pay $50 and you ship it within 2 to 3 days.

I placed the order with the expectation that I would have a dress in time for an event. There is no way it will arrive in time for the event.

I want the cost for expedited shipping refunded. I do not want to hear how you are sorry. I do not want to prolong the conversation for when and if I ever receive these dresses.

I ordered the Margovil Open Back Waisted Swing Maxi Cami Tulle Dress and was extremely disappointed. The quality was absolutely horrible — the fabric felt cheap, the stitching was poorly done, and it looked nothing like the pictures advertised. The sizing and fit were completely off, and to make matters worse, the dress arrived much later than promised.

Trying to return it was an even bigger nightmare. The company is impossible to work with — they refuse to honor returns or provide any reasonable solution, no matter how politely you ask. It quickly became clear that this is an overseas operation set up to scam customers with misleading products.

Save your money and your time. This dress and this company are not worth the hassle.

You can only return items if you want to pay to ship to Asia. This is not financially feasible. So basically there are no returns on purchases.

The order doesn't ship for months. After the first month I asked them to cancel because the items wouldn't arrive in time for my event. They responded and offered $5 shipping discount. I declined and again asked to cancel, they stopped answering my emails then just sent me a notification a whole month later they were shipping my order. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!
