First purchase from Marcella and I had an excellent experience. I purchased a black dress and it fits perfectly. High quality cotton and a fantastic design that flatters any figure.

Gorgeous quality items, every time. Really love my new flats. I will say the sizing was a little off, I'm usually a true, seven and a half but the eights felt tight. So I sized up to a nine. The return was easy to handle and the new shoes were shipped promptly. Get compliments everyday at work.

Was excited to try the McCarren jeans as they advertised a 32" inseam as I need at least that length. Tried 2 sizes and both were only 29"!! Afterwards, to verify, I did check the item page and there is a link for "also available in 30" inseam, meaning the current page is for the 32 (which is the one I ordered). So I put one in the cart. Then I clicked the 30" inseam page and put another of the same size in the cart. Checked cart and there are 2 of the same with no indication of the length. Page navigation for these options is therefore unclear, especially since the "fit models" shown in the description also describe the inseam as 32". You have no idea what you are ordering!!! Also jeans come shorter than even the shortest option by 1".

Marcella’s designs are so unique. Simple with an edge. My experience with each piece I have purchased has been fabulous. I am asked “Love that piece…” where did you get it? I spread the word and highly recommend the company not just for its uniqueness but for its Mission in Life which is to provide work to many woman and cherish what they do and help enormously girls throughout the WORLD. I am a customer now for about 4-5 years.

The goods arrived on time and as described. The clothes are very well made — craftsmanship like that is rare. The designs are flattering and distinctive.

I love this brand and the quality of the items. I have a couple of pieces in my closet and I love them all. They are true to size and are very comfortable, not to mention so soft on the skin. Their pieces are also timeless and elegant which makes them so versatile for any occasion. They even have a wonderful program where they provide support to girls in sub-Saharan Africa to go to school. Makes purchasing from this brand a lot more meaningful with the positive impact they are creating.

Good communication throughout ordering process, however there was a very long delay from the time I ordered my selection and the time it was actually delivered. I am very happy with the items ordered- it was sized appropriately and as described.

Nothing like Marcella apparel. Designs ate innovative, timeless, excellent quality, and timely shipping. I highly recommend this brand. Quality is unmatched.

I don’t understand if this is normal but my order hasn’t even shipped and it’s been 10 days, they said it takes 5-10 days for delivery so I feel lied to, and those items where expected for an event, needless to say they will not arrive on time. It’s even more interesting that I live in New York, I thought I would have it even sooner than most people. Guess I was wrong

I have no issue with the clothing and or boots that I have purchased. I do however have an issue with the slow delivery and processing. I currently am waiting on 2 winter sweatshirts that I ordered around Feb 19th. They still have not processed my order for shipping. Today is March 23rd. It has well been over a month. I am so sick of the AI responses and for the money that I am spending this is horrible customer service. By the time I get the sweatshirts winter will be over. Ugh.

I have been a customer for several years now, and whenever there is an issue customer service is always very helpful and responds with a thoughtful solution. Thalia especially has been very helpful lately to a package loss & unique refund situation.

Their customer service team truly went above and beyond to help with my order when I had multiple issues making an exchange (all my fault, not theirs). They were so helpful and kind and always responded promptly, even on weekends. I also love their clothes. I bought a few things during their black friday sale and have now worn some of the items multiple times. Everything seems high quality, fit true to size, and looked exactly like the photos on the website. It’s also the first time in a while that I’ve bought clothing and felt like it was actually worth what I paid for it. I will absolutely be shopping here again.

No, I am not a bot. What I am is truly and utterly surprised by the bad reviews. I ordered two items and live in Australia. The transit time was perfectly acceptable and arrived by DHL. The two pieces were stunning, and the fabrics were to die for. I will definitely be a repeat customer!
